是啊。我觉得他不算个坏人。但是非常的固执。所以好的DC估计也和他难处。如果他有

还有一个地方我很不满意，就是他态度决定一切。他是宁可用一个天赋5但是give 100%
的，也不用天赋9但是give 60%的，虽然后者可能上场表现更好。walk-on出身，对star
player天性有排斥。你看我们的free safety,头两场比赛已经被证明跑得跟MLB一样慢
。我们放走的两个防守队员（4，5 star)，都是到了赛季快开始看到自己被不如自己能

For all 4 loss we had this year, it is the same pattern: O could not move
the ball, either very quick 3 and out, or TOs, which put D in a very bad
situation. Thus, part of D's problem is because of O could not move the

several conditions (i.e. necessary change in many aspects).
IMO, we are not too far away to be a team that contend for bigten title in a
yearly base. We only need a good DC and good scheme, and a good kicker (or
a good special team coach that can coach a kicker). The DC/scheme thing, i
am not sure. The kicker thing, i think we will have it next year for sure.
It all comes down to DB, if he wants to give RR one more year. I don't mind
either way, and I trust DB's judgement, he's a good AD.
And let me get this straight, our offense is explosive, no question.But they are young, and need to improve in many aspects. I just don't see why they cannot be better next year when almost everybody except for our LG (plus probably TF transfer) will be back. But any mature explosive offense, including Oregon and former USC, and Florida, sometimes just don't click during the game. That requires more possessions to figure out the defense and click again. In a high pace, no huddle offense, that means more possession, given that the time possession of our offense per drive is short. If we have a similar time of possession to our opponents and close to zero turnover margin, i am sure 90% chance, we will win the game in a significant margin. That requires our defense to make much more stops. With this shitty defense, the offense has no marginal error, our offense is almost required to score TD in each possession (also given that we missed a lot of FG). Think about this, if we were to make a few FGs in a few games, we probably lead or trail within one possession, then we don't have to force DR to pass that much and can just pound the football. (While our OL is small, but we can still pound the football with DR very effectively if we really want to.) That would have eliminated a few INTs from DR in the 2nd half. His passing is just not there yet, but improving during the season. you would be surprised how a kicker can consistently kick the 40 yard FG could change the game strategy and result even if we have a shitty defense.

good offense. But i don't think the problem is offense. So as long as the
HC can fix the problem, i don't mind who will be the HC. But I think a
dramatic change in a short time is very dangerous and can make huge damage
to the program and recruit. If JH don't go to NFL this year, i would wait
for another year if i am the AD. I may change my mind if we lose the bowl
game though.
