visa holder. The general definition for legal or illegal employment is well
documented on USCIS website. It's true that there is no explicit rule around

你讲的大部分内容是正确的，也就是说，宪法是用来具体规范法律的法律。但是你说”
宪法根本不负责规范个人行为“，这一点，既不符合中国宪法，也不符合美国或者法国
等国的宪法。下面就分三部分，具体谈谈为什么宪法规范个人行为。
第一部分：中国宪法
首先，规范不等于惩戒。也就是说，宪法不同于刑法等法律的地方就在于，宪法不直接
规范个人行为，但是而是通过更具体的法律法规以及其它手段来进行。从这个角度说，
宪法直接规范法律（以及政府），间接规范个人。
其次，中国宪法到底有没有规范个人行为的条文？当然有，而且用了整整一个章节来阐
述，标题就是”第二章 公民的基本权利和义务“。而且在这一章节里，明确说了”公
民必须遵守宪法和法律“。

春秋，俺闲着没事夜读朗道的那套书里的经典力学。突然发现他有一个没有explicitly
说明的假设，就是Lagrangian是以空间中的位置（而不是某个坐标系下的位移矢量）和
时间（绝对时间）为变量的函数。与参照系的选择无关。也就是说Lagrangian是参照系变
换下的invariance,不管是不是惯性系.那么Principle of least action, 也是和参照新
无关的。这么理解没问题吧？那个QED，还有老Cor过来看看？给俺答答疑？ |

都变了，EOM也就不同。
如果只讨论坐标平移或者旋转之类，那么Lagrangian是不变的，EOM也不变。
如果讨论有相对速度的惯性系之间的变换，那么Lagrangian是变化的。最简单的看，T是
变化的，但是最终EOM在不同惯性系里还是一样。这个应该是和运动方程F=ma是关于
时间的二阶方程有关。
总之，least action都适用，如果你写对了Lagrangian。你可以随便研究L在各种变换
下的
变换规律，但是最终还是要看这种变换是否保证经典力学方程不变，毕竟两种描述是完全
