我比较熟悉毕业1年左右的candidate流程，并且有熟悉的recruiter relationship.
a. online test,不同于hackerrank或是其他类似的网上compiler.其实就是个在线
notepad,考点相对mixture，会有debug,programmming,multi-thread.1个小时三道题，
如果想bug free时间还是挺紧的。千万别小看这关，leetcode你特别熟，这关也不一定
过。
b. onsite:每个hire event选30人到Redmond， 基本都是senior和principle面。难度
是leetcode medium+hard,因为面试官级别都比较高，senior想当于g,fb的5级，所以比
较看重交流。（PS:楼主当初第一轮bug free一道hard,面试官说我比较quiet,告诉下个
