。毕业后的理想肯定是想去4大做Tax associate。想请教一下这样的情况是走entry
level好还是experienced hiring？因为之前的所比较小，做的东西比较杂，
individual tax和各种business tax都有做过。个人感觉entry level可能适应起来会
比较容易。主要希望能了解下四大一年级和二年级在工作内容等方面主要有什么区别？

面试三轮， 第一轮HR， 第二轮HM phone， 第三轮onsite，见了HM， HR，和四个MD。
两星期没有消息，以为没戏了， 今天收到HR口头offer。
我的背景是Corp Finance/strategy。10+ 经验。
去年下岗，断断续续有面试。 今年开始做了contractor job。骑猪找马。
几点tips给experience hire。
1. 朋友refer很重要， 我的60%interview都是refer的。
2. recruiter要找好，去年我第一个dream offer都已近查reference了，结果
recruiter把我
