贵不少，但是我还是觉得本来设计上就有的洞强度应该会高一些，看着也美观。据说这

别人家。如果是一般的平民，仍然没有权力闯进去。
更何况这件事警察已经出动过了，因为没有probable cause所以没法采取措
施。因此更加不能构成Exigent Circumstances。

既然4 point的不管用，我就不考虑Exige的椅子了。LT上有人要卖给我一个自己打洞的
Exige seat，那个洞怎么看怎么难受。
椅子的话，CF与否我倒不在乎，Tillet的椅子最大的好处是可以直接装上，别的还得在
底盘上打洞。
HANS昨天我自己wiki到了，不过看起来好像都是固定在头盔上的啊，那不是还得打洞？
我最烦打洞了。

可是在没有重大过错的情况下解雇终身教授是完全有可能的，
而且每年都有很多起。
AAUP的要求是学校宣布 financial exigency 之后解雇。
但是很多学校认为那样对学校的招生不利，所以也不去遵守。
终身教授制度不是法律，也没有法律依据。

去年11月去电影院看大片《林肯》，发现一个怪现象，里面有很多段落台词，美国人笑
的前仰后合，我尽管也看懂听懂了，但完全不知道哪里好笑。当时想到，肯定是对很多
背景故事、典故不了解导致的（比如美国人看《建国大业》王宝强说“前面有个地主大
院攻不下来”估计也笑不出来）。上周末下载了字幕版仔细的看了一遍，对这部电影清

1. 坚决反对废奴派：George Pendleton议员和Fernando Wood议员。他们是国会民主党
领袖。其中Fernando Wood出身是纽约大资本家，主要想的是和南方做生意，打仗对他

消息人士说，由联邦委派、负责评估汇丰银行近年来的反洗钱和制裁管制作业的督察员
，向检方指出华为集团可疑的交易，导致华为财务长孟晚舟在加拿大被捕。
华为涉嫌违反禁止向伊朗出售装备的制裁措施，而这个督察员发觉华为在汇丰的不法交
易，并知会纽约东区联邦检察官，促使美国要求加拿大逮捕在温哥华机场转机的孟晚舟
，并寻求把她引渡到纽约联邦法庭受审。
消息人士说，与华为有生意往来的汇丰正与调查人员合作，本身并非调查对象；根据
2012年与美国检方达成的协议，汇丰的管制作业直到去年底仍受到正式监督，以对付洗
钱和违反制裁的活动。
「华尔街日报」今年4月报导，在商务部和财政部外国资产控制室就与制裁有关事务发
出行政传票后，美国司法部对华为与伊朗的往来，展开刑事调查。
孟晚舟被捕使全球市场为之震动，美国股市也暴跌，担心最近才对贸易战协议熄火的中
美这两大经济强权，会因这个事件再度紧张对立。

知情人士透露，中国华为公司利用汇丰银行进行非法交易，规避美国对伊朗的制裁，是
导致其副董事长孟晚舟被捕的原因之一。
《华尔街日报》周四（12月6日）引述消息人士的话报导，美国联邦政府设在汇丰银行
的监管人员，发现华为公司账目中的可疑交易记录，并提供给调查华为公司的纽约东区
联邦检察官。
消息人士称，汇丰银行是华为公司生意往来的其中一家银行，它并不是孟女士案的被调
查对象，而是配合调查人员，提供华为公司在该银行的账目交易记录，并因此导致孟女
士的被捕。
汇丰银行发言人周四拒绝对这项消息置评，位于纽约布鲁克林的检察官办公室也不予置
评。
《华日》今年4月报导，美国商务部和财政部于2016年底向华为发出行政传票，调查华
为是否违反美国贸易禁令，向叙利亚、伊朗、朝鲜等流氓国家提供美国技术。美国司法
部亦对华为展开调查，纽约东区联邦检察官一直在调查华为是否违反美国对伊朗的制裁。
