我从PA往NJ回家的路上, 在80号路上(限65)pass一辆车的时候 被检测到103. 被pull
over.
具体:
我的情况:
之前没有任何不良记录. 这次是第一次被抓.
今天早上一早开去PA, 玩了一天, 晚上往回开. 说实话有点累, 注意力不是
很集中, 想早点回家.
路况: 车不多 直路, 是在一个平路转下坡的地方, 我pass的地方正在转下坡处, 警察
就在坡下不远处的路肩上.
详情:
80号路, 限速65. 我在直路上我80mile左右(这点我不否认. 一般65的限速, 如果路况
好我都会开80左右..但再高只会在超车的小瞬间, 不会长期高速)
速度跟着一辆大车(SUV, 他也是80左右), 因为我驾龄也不够, 车子低, 所以跟稍大的
车我都会想pass. 不然视野不好, 心里不secure.
而我的习惯是尽量在最短时间内完成passing, 因为我觉得快点完成危险低(请指教下这
个好不好)
所以一般我做passing的时候油门都会踩的稍狠.

然后明年会收到1099-R，Box7的code会是8—Excess contributions plus earnings/
excess deferrals (and/or earnings) taxable in 2013. （但明年不用报这笔钱，因
为你要在今年报。）
2012的报税，401k就当没有多投，多投的部分算作你的2012的工资里面报税，即使你是
在2013年收到这笔钱的，只要你在2013/4/15之前拿到的，就要算2012工资，而不算
2013的收入。自己手动加到1040表Line 7里面去。如果你用Turbo Tax之类的，只要你
回答问题都正确，软件应该会做对。

I posted the rules related to your questions. The problem for you is how to
identify the excess contribution.
If you contributed 5K(assume 1k overcontributed), due to loss, the
account balance is only 2K. How much excess contribution will the brokerage
return to you? If the brokerage return 1K to you, then the loss will stay will Roth IRA and you cannot claim and deduction.
It depends on how your brokerage will return the excess contribution to you and how much. |

前者应该算2012收入，后者算2013收入。然后还说

pre-tax ammount of excess deferrals as taxable income (lin 7), you
will need to file an amended return for the year.
我现在2012的税还没报，是不是就只要把excess pre-tax deferral填在
line 7，明年只要把allocable income算在2013的收入里就完事了？
明年不用再给2012file amended return了？
另外你说的code是什么？我的vanguard帐号里没看到这个。

2. The objective is to ensure no countries get more than 7% of the total
yearly quota. But if the ROW doesn't have sufficient demand, the excessive
visa numbers will fall across, I think first laterally (i.e., EB1 ROW ->
EB1C/EB1I etc.), and then vertically (i.e., EB1 excessive -> EB2 excessive).
