且都是学术圈的,已有reference一堆,其中一份是著名的兰德公司的报告。
另外,美国和澳洲已立法限制使用脑波扫描仪,拿脑波扫描仪扫本国公民已是联邦法的
重罪。不过这个比较难的是你无法证实谁接收了你的脑信号。所以立了法跟没立一个样。

最近翻出阿西莫夫作品全集来重看,真挺有意思的,不仅囊括了他最早期那些名不见经
传的短篇,还有自己写的“创作感想”。看到TRENDS那一篇,居然发现他在1938年(当

月。

Japan's navy is not the real problem, but U.S.'s navy.
Japan dares to evoke conflicts not because they are sure they can beat China
but because U.S. navy is standing behind them. This is different from the
situation between China & Vietnam in 1974, given that it was so diffibult
for USSR to maintain a powerful navy in south China sea.
So when I say a powerful navy, it does not mean as powerful as Japan's navy
but more powerful than U.S. navy, especially U.S. navy in western Pacific.

奇怪买买提上这么多极端的 right winger,怎么没有人讨论这个right winger 的重大
新闻呢?特地转给这些华人right winger们学习,供他们做前车之鉴。
这两天一个老印,准备竞选美国总统的路易斯安那州长Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal
出了大名,被媒体称作出了“国际丑闻”international scandal. 话说这个老印,星
期一在访问英国伦敦时按照事先拟好的讲演稿演说,其中公然批评穆斯林说:他们想要
殖民西方,因为他们自己搞了自己单独族裔的聚居地enclave,还要要求别人不许去。
说有些人来了“我们的国家”,有不接受我们的价值观,我们的语言。。。很危险,等
等。
这是不是听着很熟悉?对了,华人中间很多自诩为极右翼的不就是以同样的调门语气来
批判黑幕三的吗?现在极右派老印更比老中有身份,所以走在了老中前头,公开化了。
在他之前就有白人右翼说过类似的话,被英国首相批评为 “complete idiot”. 可是
白人都没有胆再说的话,现在这个一身棕色皮的老印出来为他们说了,而且说的更出位
更大胆。正所谓比白人还要像白人。
