需要6-8个新鲜matured tomato. 开水烫1分钟，去皮，绞碎。
大概过程如下
1。热锅放橄榄油，然后放diced red onion，medium high 2-5分钟，caramelized;
2。然后mince 2 cloves of garlic, added to the onion, 1-2分钟 （变黄，但不要
等变黑，那样就苦了）
3。放tomato 和一个table spoon 的dried oregano, 加一个tea spoon capers
4。加half-cup dry white wine
5。medium high 开一锅，等wine evaporate 后，中小火开盖儿煮1个多小时(急的话
medium high 20分钟）
pasta最好等到了聚会上再做，一出锅就吃。水里放3-4 table spoon salt, 开了以后
放pasta medium high 9 分钟是 al dente（有嚼头）。 |

其实做熟了就知道，大多吐司都是大同小异，只要掌握好了水：粉比例，面团揉到位，
烤足时间，还是比较容易成功的。
今天这个炼奶吐司同样也不例外。中种法基本上照抄了爱与自由的方子，直接法我就是
把炼奶+牛奶的总量保持了不变，没有经过中种发酵，效果一样很好。
A.中种法：
自由女神的经典配方用的是两个360克的模子，我那个900克的大家伙需要换算一下。于
是就有了以下这个配方，自由女神的原方子在这里：

豆豆猫的篡改方子如下：
中种：高筋粉420克，水（我用了牛奶）一杯；干酵母2tsp
主面团：高筋粉180克；细砂糖50克；盐2tsp；炼奶（evaporated milk）120克；大号
鸡蛋1个；水1tbsp；黄油3tbsp
做法照抄：
⒈将中种原料放在一起揉匀后，放温暖处发至约4倍左右大（我头天晚上和好面，放车
库里一晚上，第二天早上拿回来面团回暖就可以操作了）。

401K
is just part of it. It's not the reason they were initiated.
Pension/401K is the real illusion. With the current crisis, boomers will

BTW, I personally have both pension and 401K that I dont do any voluntary

结果这个SB猎头不依不饶，说你一定要说个数，我觉得合适了，就安排下一步面试。
我没有回答这个问题，所以这个SB说，你好好考虑一下，想通了给我打电话。莫名其妙
的。
大家说这种SB猎头究竟要做什么？是压低雇员公司来通过非法渠道弄绿卡吗？

个问了一个imaginary tool的问题，一个简单的evaporator的装置，说brand new tool
，第一天工作的，第二天没电流了，问什么原因。 从最简单的power outage, 到power
supply, 最后到filament open circuit猜了个遍，最后面试官告诉我答案是 铜导线
蒸发deposit 到Ti filament上，形成low melting point 合金，就形成了断路。这个
问题估计他也不指望知道答案。 第二个就问了一通safety的问题。第三个也没问啥，
就让我详细介绍了我用过的一些setup. 下午是一个pvd的人面我，我虽然用过不少
furnace,但是对tool怎么工作不是很了解。问我film nonuniformity 问题该怎么
troubleshoot, 又问我stress是什么回事。这方面没准备，都答不出来。 接下来一个

工作地点在新西兰惠灵顿 Industrial Research Limted (IRL)。它是 Crown Research
Institutes (CRI)之一。
新西兰这里工资还没法和美国比，大概美国一半左右。不过位置比较稳定，是
permanent empolyment, 工作压力不大。
这个clean room老机器比较多，比如e-beam evaporation, spinner, plasma clean,
Aligner， pattern generator, polisher 等，新买的IRE, e-beam write明年初会到。
希望找个对这些设备有维护经验的人，学历本科以上即可。
