“考试是要买软件,然后在自己家里就能考吗.还是得去哪里考?”
可以买书，可以买软件。无论是书还是软件，都会有一个code，一年内有效。自己在家
到书/光盘上面说的网站，输入code来考试。40道题，90分过关。书和软件后面就是考
题，你做做清楚，最好和人对对答案，弄好了再去上网把答案填进去，5分钟搞定。
“另外是不是所有的州都需要考ethic,即便上过ethic的课.”
不清楚，请查询本州具体规定。大部分的州都要考的吧。 |

你想transfer到别的州,我觉得先考后考ethics问题都不大,如果还没拿证的话,我觉得
干脆到新地方再考好了,不然万一要转换什么的也麻烦.
买的书都一样,我跟几个人对过,题目也一样的.不过保险起见你和别人对答案的时候把
题目也对对,这样就万无一失.最保险的办法你把你们州要求的ethics考试的书的link贴
上来,一看就知道是不是同一本书了. |

后一直想做这领域的工作，他和我老板有很多EMAIL 交流,我OUT OF loop。他没有做个
我的领域的相关的实验，一直忙着写grant。
最近突然想我要我工作汇报的SLIDE图，他要用他写GRANT,当然他也有他人的数据。
问题是但是他没有问我的兴趣， 我对这领域有也有很多想法。我也想以这些数据写
grant，好出山。不过由于家里有娃，忙着实验，写文章，没有focus on grant.
我自己的老板就不说了，任何grant call 多不告诉我，更不提trainning，但他对那个
postdoct 非常active应为合作者的势力大. 但毕竟是我的BOSS,我没不好有异议。
合作者美其名曰leverage. 我感觉被scoop， 我的名字在不在 grant 很难说， 这里有
没有ethic problem. 必经是自己博士后半年的EFFORT,不是技术员呀。不过我也不想
我的名字在那个grant 里面，免得reviewer 认为我也分钱了

application was approved. You need at least 80 to pass the exam. If you fail
, no problem! Just wait another 5 days, you can redo the test. So, you can
not fail it at all.
I just applied PE by comity and passed Laws and Ethic.

己建老鼠仓等等。如果说的是广义的Ethics，那么最早也比较著名的讨论，可能是《道
德情操论》。至于当前的研究，我不了解。 |

。这行业本来就是有时候一单几千上万的拿，有时候buyer看几年的房子最后跟别人买
的。所以都正常。如果你觉得第一个agent还好的话，发张卡片当然好，然后他说什么

今天4个人一起开会， 这个project manager很不高兴进度，无意间，what are you
smoking? 然后blah, blah, 别的同事都静了下来看我，我沉默了， 他可能意识到问题
了，脸色通红，提前结束了会议，
我在想是否报给HR/ ETHICS, 还是装不知道？委屈能否求全？报了肯定没到FIRE HIM的
地步，最多ORAL WARNING OR WRITTEN WARNING,
虽然说公司有NON-RETALIATION POLICY, 但是长期看肯定要走一个， 轮对公司的利用
价值，显然他比我更多些。
不报的话，别最后项目下个月结束，他给我不好评价，走的更早。
犹豫啊。。。。。

。。测试kindle app在不同电子产品上性能用的；其次坚持读完，尤其是在读许多其他
我更喜欢的书之前扫完它主要是因为这本书我怎么也化了点钱，那么多好书但毕竟free
的，优先级就下降了。。。
俺是正宗混饭吃的民工，闲暇读点小书聊寄余生。用beauvior在本书的灌点之一解
释就是：在阅读那些伟大作品的短暂时刻，软弱无能而不得不委身于这残暴愚蠢的人生
的读者我，得以摆脱那些无时无刻不拘束我而令我不自由的羁绊。
就像在石壁上留给后人不朽画作的工匠，他们无奈的人生在他们的笔下（刀刻下）
却得以超过时代缓慢的车轮，超越历史进步的累累白骨。他们的微渺快乐因此长存，他
们因此自由。
这个我的发挥估计也偏颇了，作为工科生，应该严格自我要求一下，呃，不仔细研
读原作，轻易评论未必合宜。不过和稀泥，娱乐大概还凑合。
