可是我看irs网站上写着晚付或者付的不够的话，是要罚款的呀。我说我担心，还是想
按时付，他又说，那你也不用花钱找人帮你算，你就按照联邦25%、州10%的比例预付就
行了，这是比较保守的估计。

想确认一下，如果我2009年中开始炒股，赚的钱按照30%的flat rate超过$1000，也就
是own的tax超过$1000，但是因为2009年换了工作所以2009年的withholding比2008年全
年的tax要高，是不是就满足了第二个条件而不需要在一月15提前缴税了？？
第一年炒股实在没经验，之前也没上心，发现deadline过了才想起来，哪位大牛指点一
下，谢谢！！！

You must pay estimated tax for 2009 if both of the following apply.
1.You expect to owe at least $1,000 in tax for 2009, after subtracting
your withholding and credits.
2.You expect your withholding and credits to be less than the smaller of:

文章出来都是用GAAP的earning $1.21 来做比较 说miss by $0.15 per share.

汗一个，这个本来应该写：2008 Form 540 - ES，是今年的估算啊。
不知道怎么改正这个错误：
有什么方法能修正说明那个钱是2008年的，不是2007年的？
还是有什么办法要回来？ 显然收钱的人也马虎，不应该收2007年的啊。
