最近看遗嘱文件，头昏眼花，胡乱简单总结下吧，我在麻州，听说有些规定是跟州的，

先介绍下事件背景：本人是J1博士后。之前居住在费城，我的租约本来是
到今年八月底，但由于 3月开始来佐治亚州工作，我提前找了我一个朋友接手我在费城
的公寓（那时他刚来费城正好要租房。）我家公寓目前由一家叫stratford management
的公司负责管理，之前由另一家oren brother的管理公司打理，我是2014年九月和oren
brother签的一年合约，2015年8月时又和oren brother renew了下一年的租约，2015
年九月开始，我们的管理公司换成了stratford，但新公司没有和住客签新租约，只是
沿用了之前租约的相关条款。

expense，每个月5W，很快就给完了。如果是直接从银行取CASH，给他们，跟查不出来
源。干什么麻烦去做ESTATE PLANNING (如果没有BUSINESS的话)。
是不是如果IRS能看个人资产，如果突然增加很多，或者资产和收入不符，会调查呢。 |

professional，这样投资收入可以直接在W2里抵税。好像如果有专业人士指导做

Boston地区。
我们8月18 close,卖家7月14号已经交了7-9月的房产税，刚才研究了一下，7-9月的房
产税实际上交的是2012年第一季度1-3月的钱。Boston房产税是提前半年预交的。
现在问题来了。
我们补给卖家房产税应该是
A: 8月18-9月30之间的钱
B: 8月18-2012年3月31号的钱。
刚拿到的HUD是按照A算的钱，可是想想好像不合理，因为卖家其实已经交到2012年3月
了啊？？？可是我们双方的律师好像都没意见。 |

前注册的时候要求提供有效的SSN。说是要verify州税in good standing，也有可能和
IRS有什么事情.
刚考过了，对考过寄托的来说，这个考试的难度系数是很低的。题目很简单，有一小部
分简直是不上课都能答。只要好好上了课，能够全心认真复习几天，问题不大的。
现在我在找挂靠，身份没有问题。不会很actively从事这个，希望是broker给我的
percentage越高越好.还有我自己买房子的话也是一样的percentage么?这个两眼一抹黑
