United States citizens are allowed to claim a marital deduction without
using a Qualified Domestic Operating Trust.
我甚至问了给我卖保险的Agent，他们都不知道这个，不过我选择相信我的律师的话，
我想他比较有经验吧，毕竟是专门做estate的律师。而且我们都彼此信任，所以写成对

I estimated the cash flow was around 20 million or 0.40/per share quarter.
Or 1.60/per year.
Biggest problem: They have around 700 million loans need to roll over in
March/20111. If they can successful roll over the loan, the stock should
trade much higher(over $5), otherwise, the stock could crashed down to as
low as 1.50 in my estimate.

I was bidding a 3 bedroom/3 bath room town house for around 110K last week.
It was built in 2004.

protect your interest. Like the property was flooded in the basement two
days before closing, our real estate的律师一跳三丈高给我们negotiate助阵。
She even asked the seller to pay buyer $8000 if for seller's reason the
house can not be closed before June 30 in P&S.
我去office见她，她正在电话上为了dryer和listing agent吵闹不休.
These two attorneys are all good and can be paid by your mortgage company
which means they charge less and take whatever the bank |

需要在指定的几所学校交钱参加120hr的培训。
第二，交钱上课。选online的课程就行，不用去classroom。省时省力。
我选的最贵的那个stringham，服务不错，推荐。但是学费可真不便宜。$599
第三，上完课参加学校考试，然后参加考前培训，拿结业证。
第四，拿了结业证就可以去pearlson vue网站上预约state exam了。
她们网站预约不好用，得打电话才能确定。考试费$66
第五，考过了当时给按指纹，给receipt。拿着四张forms就可以寄到
division of real estate申请license了。$152
第五，在申请之前，有一个很重要的步骤就是选好自己要隶属的公司。
让公司的人填写其中一个form上的信息。这样你的license就是active的。
如果不选公司就是inactive。如果你从了某个大公司，她们会帮助你申请。

原来bass手兼主唱在乐队解散之后参加了著名的Foo Fighters。
之前总共发过四张专辑，我看解散前的２０００年专辑评价不错，
于是就拖下来听听，为看现场做准备，哈哈。貌似解散也有年头了，
不过粉丝还是在持续增多的。
这张The Rising Tide整体感觉很好，风格嘛，
wiki上说是emo的祖宗之一
总之，好听！ 主唱假声有点意思

for each address?
The only thing I can think of is data crawling through real estate APIs.
Any idea which web services I can crawl these much data?
Or any data file host could provide the data?
