grade 3，希望还是配合医生积极治疗，不要错过治疗最佳时间，后悔莫及。
激素促排卵肯定要take很大的risk，万一你老婆因为这个原因耽误了治疗，将来你会后
悔吗，将来怎么跟小孩子说。而且你老婆现在这个情况下的卵泡会不会有些genetic或
epigenetic的变化，会导致将来小孩子的一些问题。你们有没有跟医生讨论过。想要小
孩子可以领养，或者用别人的卵子啊。

是先天造成" 这种说法。。。
但这个可能跟娃小时候的早期教育有关。。。比如目前流行的那种，娃学前全面铺开搞
才艺，娃上学后 180 度转向搞 academic 的搞法，从基因表达的角度看，有点折腾的
说。。。当然，两栖动物两面开花的牛蛙，那另说。。。 |

。。。不过这个还是gene表达level的问题，我不知道是？％。应该说比起心脏病二型

% 吧。
也就是说。。。genetics 相似度 100%。。。epigenetic 所在的环境相似度，> 70%？

为统计上大部分 identical twins 在 14 岁以前，是在同样的家庭学校环境。。。但
长大后，铁定不会跟同一个老婆上床，基本不会向同一个老板汇报演出。。。也就是说
，epigenetic 所在的环境相似度不同。。。 |

半主要是闲的。
是抑郁还是精神分裂，我估计对方不太可能告诉你，但抑郁也是要小心的。
为了下一代而言，跟你老公沟通一下。。。我个人觉得，说句不中听的，长期而言，能
把有精神问题的婆婆送回去，还是送回去吧。。。这不是无情，而是为下一代考虑。。
。环境因子对娃的大脑精神系统发育的影响，不可小觑。。。环境因子甚至都还有一代
代传下去的可能。gene turn on/off 的 epigenetic 理论。。。美帝这边第一代移民
，跟国内不一样，本来适应新环境就不容易，朋友圈子也不如国内。。。跟你老公说，
很多时候做这种两难决定，不是一件让人愉快的事，但有些决定人生也逃不过。。。给
他点时间想想，也看一些可靠渠道的遗传/环境因子的研究和讨论。。。在做完决定之
前，先别停药。反正药也不差这两天。。。 |

执着，科研思路开阔，视野宽广，大局好，有点小野心，小理想化，想实实在在做点东
西，对人严而不MEAN，正直不自私，热心，very open/fair-minded and mentoring...
不报太多希望，我想合适的人选的大多会选择暂时留在美国，但是如果有对科研仍存幻
想，对中国还没有完全放弃，想回国发展的，那么也许就是我要找的寻找的“合作者”
，背景训练不是最重要因素，关键是对科研和人生的态度和取向，当然科研习惯也很重

1. 在国内的一些院所，CNS已经不是golden tickets, 而是注重研究方向。个人印象，
目前国内生物／医药研究的重点方向
是干细胞／epigenetics，重大疾病相关，生物制药相关。大多数院所在建转化医学研
究院／研究项目。
2. 所面试的几个地方都很专业。Offer一般是当场拍板。
3. 具体待遇各处不同，大约是15－30万。房补在40－100万之间。上海房价比较可怕。
4. 和各处新进PI交谈感觉国内研究经费比较充足。 |

绍中，注意一句句子...often expands treatment options by matching each
patient with targeted therapies that are relevant to the molecular changes
in their tumor. 尤其特别注意Molecular这个词。肿瘤的形成原因很多，至今还无法
搞清，DNA上的变化当然是比较基本的，包括突变、重组、增加或减少某个片段等。这
些可以通过测序发现，但是这些变化并不一定会形成肿瘤，同样的变化，有些人得了肿
瘤，有些人没有，这当中包括一些抑癌基因的表达增强，或者免疫系统杀死肿瘤细胞等
等。还有不少肿瘤是属于Epigenetics范畴，譬如甲基化和乙酰化等，还有在蛋白水平
的变化，和病毒引起的肿瘤等等，总之，测序仅仅提供了基因的序列，至于这些基因如
何表达，基因和基因之间的相关性和调控而引发肿瘤，测序是无法提供信息的。目前测

发帖数: 4984 | 40 测序绝大多数是预测，所以给出的大部分是Probability。 我们都知道疾病的发展除了
在DNA和RNA层面的，更多的是Protein以及Post-translational Modification。 当然
Epigenetics也是有相当的份量。 测序解决的是突变问题，而在蛋白层面一点用都没有
。 所谓的高发病人，或者有基因缺陷的病人，最终得病的情况很难找到一个理想的
Cohort来进行分析，因为之前或许已经接受Medical Intervention了。 人体是个神奇
的东西，如果有些基因有缺陷，其它的会进行弥补，所谓的Gene Redundancy。这个你
测序根本无法看出来。 你举的这些例子我听过很多，我有不少朋友在Illumina，PACB,
Ariosa Dx,Counsyl,23andme, Natera,Verinata等工作，我们经常谈论这些话题。测序
的东西用来唬唬局外人一定会显得很神奇，但是实际上我觉得目前而言用处不大。
