Service priority mail.
The normal, advertised size for flat-rate envelopes is 12-1/2" x 9-1/2".
These are $4.95 to ship anything that fits.
The unadvertised, LEGAL SIZE envelopes also cost $4.95, and are considerably
larger at 15" x 9-1/2". You must ask the postal workers behind the desk for
these envelopes, as they are usually not on display.
This doesn't sound like a big difference, but i have been amazed at how much

(sin(pi*w*sin(theta)/lambda)/(pi*w*sin(theta)/lamda))^2. But under the
outline, there are a few pulse signal.
But don't know how to fit the envelope for it. Think the envelope function is
(sin(pi*w*sin(theta)/lambda)/(pi*w*sin(theta)/lamda))^2. But what the
mathematic relationship between the signal and the envelope? I can find the
mathtools like mathcad, matlab and mathematica. So if there is any code of
them, it will be more helpful.

特快专递。
usps priority international flat rate envelope 算国际函件。所以不是给据邮件
服务，填写的报关单子也就是2976。如果是信函和不超过16盎司的印刷品，连报关单都
不用谈。哦，再说一下，美国邮政叫2676单子。万国邮联把国际函件的报关单子统一称
之为CN22.
国际函件包括：明信片，信函，印刷品，盲人读物，邮简，和小包裹。
小包裹属于函件，这个切忌，而且限重是2公斤，美国邮政是4磅。
所以按照这种分类方式，美国邮政的first class mail international
和 priority mail international flat rate envelope 和 small flat rate
都算做国际函件。

2nd envelope: 20*.5+5*.5 = 12.5$.
You are thinking about risking 10$ to earn 12.5$. not opening the 2nd one
you earn 0, open the 2nd one you earn 2.5$. Definitely open the 2nd
one. |

to do that but not yourself.
They can refuse the package if you do that. |

上（一般趋于无穷）的区间不能绝对连续。但是f(x,t)在关于t的去除这些无定义点的[
