德国那边的买家很爽快地付了多出来的国际邮费。
我今天去ship, 填的是2976-A入关表, 我用的是priority mail -international-
padded flat rate envelope。Padded的信封有些local post office没卖，需要自己在
网上买。Flat rate算是邮费最便宜的邮寄方式了。如果是box, 不论大小都要贵很多。
我的包裹1.8磅，共收14块钱的邮费，买家出。至于如何在一个扁平的信封里塞进像
jeans一样的东西并安全寄出, 网上有tip视频教程 ＝）
入关表分2976和2976-A两种，2976-A适用于除了flat rate envelope和最小的box
package外的所有的priority mail international items。2976适用于flat rate

No. I've seen a couple of stories here that the green card envelope is the
regular USPS priority envelope, not the typical USCIS notice envelopes, and
some IDs didn't open them until a week or more later, as they thought that
they might be some typical junk mail. :-)
I guess that it might be similar to the EAD/AP card envelope.

我的理解是要RFE notice也要放在I693 sealed envelope里面，但是我的体检医生说只
要在sealed envelope外面再套一个大的envelope，在大的envelope里面放RFE notice
copy。他们说他们一直是这么做的。

看清楚他们领事馆的网页，不知道最近什么时候改了新政策。。。。
必须要从网上填写申请表，validate之后打印出来，要把有barcode的一页放在所有材
料最上面，这还和以前差不多；
今天被门口过滤的门卫告知现在不能再walk-in当天或者第二天就能拿到签证了；
walk-in的也必须要拿着个USPS的快递信封！！！还不能是FEDEX的，必须是USPS的！！
！还必须有邮票！！！门卫小哥还给了个打印店的名片，说是附近可以买到USPS快递信
封的！
这还不算什么，关键是没有办法很快拿到，门口的人一直强调现在minimum要提前30天
申请，就算是walkin也是如此，只能等寄回来，也不知道以后walkin和邮寄办签证有没
有区别。
然后我就傻了，没有信封，只能出去买，然后再回来walk-in，结果门口还是一大堆人
排队，我就等下周一再去吧。。
最近有人去walkin的话，最好还是提前准备好USPS的信封吧。

envelope address". If you use mutt you can change the .muttrc.
You can always use `mailx -r` to set the envelope address on-the-fly.
With exim, if you do not want send from `localhost` you can relay it via `
smarthost`, which allows you to use other SMTP server such as Gmail, yahoo.
The Gmail will rewrite your envelope address to the gmail one regardless
what envelope address you have.

用tape把envelop包紧。用tape封好
如果没upc，每个软件-$1。 而且
必须用电吹风吹去UPC， 用剪刀剪“purchase of proof”
UPC没撕的明显印子， 盒子没洞， 没破损。
如果一个label to me，(软件数>5） 每个软件 -$1.5
如果软件没有列在这儿， 请发Email。
