It happened to me once. Don't use regular flat envelpe for FC+DC. You have
to use bubble envelope or put something such as bubble inside the flat
envelope to ship out.

If it is in U.S., show paypal the email you generate the label with USPS.
Also provide paypal with tracking number and PDF snapshot of USPS delivery
confirmation. Paypal will cover charge back if you can show you mailed and
delivered the envelope. They don't care about what's in the envelope.

are too many evil for GC now. The more value, the more risk to attract evil
buyer.
It was too long ago. If it was just 1-2 weeks, you can still go to the post
office and mail an empty envelop with tracking or mailing certificate which
may cost you around $13. Once you showed paypal you mail the envelope to
buyer's paypal address with USPS's approve, you may win the case.

事情是这样的，我在同一个州内邮寄了一个小包裹，用的是15*9.5的泡沫信封，重量是
2磅多一点，我选的label是priority mail--legal flat rate envelop,邮资为$5.1 ，
下面的标注写的是Up to 70 pounds in USPS-supplied envelope: 15 x 9-1/2 inches
我认为我的包裹完全符合啊，可是却给我退了回来，包裹上面写我还少0.65的邮费。我
的包裹才2磅多，我不明白为什么限量70磅的label还说我少邮费??
这样一来，我上次的label也作废掉了，难道只能自己认了吗？请帮我看看我是哪里出
错了，谢谢各位大牛！！ |

可以走usps
1. Global Express Guaranteed，这种价格极贵，一般应该都用不到，具体价格可以去
他们网站看http://usps.com。到国内1-3天，包括免费的up to 100的保险，据说如果没有按时抵达，可以要求refund，online打label有10%折扣。
2. Express Mail International，这种也比较贵，可以online tracking，保证5天之
内到达，有两种选择，一种是Flat-Rate Envelope，不论重量多少，只要能塞到9 1/2"
x 12 1/2"的信封里，都是一口价27.95，这个价格还算可以，适合于重量体积不大希
望早点到达的邮件。这个和下面提到的priority的envelope一样大小，想来放4Lb的东
西应该没问题吧。另一种是pay by weight,27.95 0.5Lb起，1Lb 31.5,后续10Lb内每磅
加4.75, 价格比较贵，online有8%折扣,具体价格可以去他们网站看。 |

RATE BOX = 1.75 LB, i use small flat rate box as 填充物,再加点纸还是不到
2 lb.
