是早点 enrich 还是晚点 enrich，很多时候偶然因子也很大。。。不过说白了绝大多
数普通
娃最终 enrich 到 AIME 第 8 题基本都洗手不干了，所以早点 enrich 就后面轻松点
，晚点 enrich 就后面推狠点。。。最终结果区别不大，前浪后浪最后都一样，统统都
被拍 S 在 AIME 第 8 题的沙滩上。。。
：我的理解，父母额外提前教都是拔，否则学校的老师教的
也足够了。 |

现在一般有两种normalization方法：%Input和fold enrichment.
我觉得两种都非常重要，简要来说，fold enrichment是衡量你所看得区域是否是bona
fide target的标准，而%Input给你一个大概的概念，看binding强不强，很多人说（我
也不确定）一般TF的强度在0.01%-1%，而hitone神马的都很强(2%以上？)。
Biogene同学说:“0.01%几乎与IgG的信号差不多了，这时候很难确定真实TF binding信
号，还是背景，还怎么算fold enrichment？”
对于这一点，其实不一定，normal IgG信号的强度真不好说，我现在也不知道IgG的信
号跟什么有关，可能不同公司的normal IgG不同，不同IP buffer得到的IgG信号不同，
不同wash buffer得到的信号也不同，比如大家看这篇nature文章，通篇的ChIP信号都
是0.0001%数量级的：

enrichment有多大作用真不好说。
我们家孩子在highlands上math和literature的enrichment class。他们全校所有的
enrichment class就一个老师教。上课是教点东西，真的不多，可有可无。那一个
enrichment teacher根本不可能记得住你们家孩子那里强那里弱。比起他们正课上学的
量来说差远了。
正课上数学教的是比较简单，但是阅读和写作的量是我们上初中都达不到的。小学一年
级开始自己写故事，要求有一定的结构，下半学年开始要求有细节，二年级开始要求有
主线，要切题，开始练习如何开篇和结尾。老师对每个学生都有单独指导，开家长会的
时候会拿学生的习作给你看进步和问题。孩子们是有作业的，有的时候是报告喜欢的书
，或者谈你vacation干什么了，最简单的向全班同学通报天气。老师会给家长发email
提醒你帮孩子准备作业。
另外在highlands学习最好的大部分是白人孩子，中国人小孩在第二梯队的居多，我觉
得跟我们双语，孩子写作跟不上有关系。 |

a FDR of 100%. "
Mouse sample with 20%x11M = 2.2M is useless for publication. But it is still
potentially useable for trouble shooting.
Possible reasons(most likely -- least likely):

Enrichment. Prism is notoriously pushy, and supposedly extremely difficult
to get in. It was from 1st to 12th grade. Enrichment was easier to get in
and was from 2nd to 5th grade, and it was the pull-out class.

发帖数: 12463 | 13 想了一会儿，你说的例子应该是的，不过CI有两个值，跟pv+fold-change 可以替换也不奇怪
各种test都会用到 parametric 和 non-parametric 都有
最近主要做enrichment的分析，用Fisher exact test
一般就报告一下pvalue和relative enrichment
但是就像主贴说的，当sample比较少的时候，pv很不稳定。这时候就需要一个比较大的
RE来保证观察到enrichment是有意义的。往往需要一个pv的cutoff和一个RE的cutoff来
保证这一点。
我看到一些其他方案。比如DAVID算GO enrichment的时候，把实际有某个GO注释的基因
数减一，这样算出的Pvalue是个保守的估计 |

我周围老中同事的娃，据说几乎都是进enrichment的，4年级以后才有GT，而且他们宣
称，认识的中国人的孩子就没有不在那个progrom里的。他们孩子班上8个中国人，8个
都在enrichment里。
我只能说，他们故意忽略没进去的，像我们家酱紫的。
老大上了一年级以后很久，我才听说我们这里K也有这个enrichment program.
而且老大班上大概6个中国孩子，进reading enrichment的，4个老美，一个老印，一个
中国人都没有，韩国，日本人也没有。
至于说GT，我们这里，一个年级才进去一两个，全年级那么多中国人呢，怎么可能是中
国人都进去了。 |

这个案子大致的内容是：被告由于negligence弄伤了原告，于是原告vs.被告。被告最
后赔钱了，但原告在治病期间，是使用单位的健康保险来治病的，而这个保险属于
ERISA。原告自己有out of pocket部分但实际上ERISA保险公司付给医院的费用要远高
于out of pocket的部分。

所以我不想把她推进去

发帖数: 13135 | 33 我觉得呢，中文对于在美国长大的孩子，就是一个ENRICHMENT。既然是ENRICHMENT，那
就是说还是没有英文重要。毕竟孩子在美国要靠英文，学英文还是首要位置的。孩子的
天分不同，有些孩子学九国语言都能运用自如，有些孩子可能学一种语言都费劲。所以
不用和别人比，自己孩子自己最了解，先解决孩子的英文，再说其它。至于这个英文啥
算好，个人标准不同，按照自己的标准推就好。有些家长喜欢孩子啥语言都知道一些，
有些家长喜欢孩子专精一种，都是不错的标准。
除了中文，还有很多其它的ENRICHMENT，比如体育，比如音乐，比如绘画之类的。 还
是那句话，人的精力是有限，你花力气推了一样，可能就要荒疏另外一样。选个孩子喜
欢而且擅长地推，皆大欢喜的事。比如，你家孩子是有实力去卡内基HALL的演出，那就
应该把精力放在乐器上，时间不够的时候，中文可能就是要牺牲一下，这是很明智的选
择。
如果孩子有时间，或者家长决心推中文，就不要用孩子不喜欢当作QUIT的借口。虎妈说
过，NOTHING ＩＳ FUN ＵＮＴＩＬ YOU ＡＲＥGOOD AT IT。 这个同样适合中文。

在路上演练最多效果不行，但好处是每天就十几分钟，也就是推普通娃数学兴趣推不出
来而已。但好处是就十几分钟，玩玩的心态，肯定不会有副作用。
至于推不出数学兴趣，怕个啥？这本来就是个 enrichment。推得出来就是赚，推不出
来学校按部就班，有学校保底，将来混州立问题也不会太大。
像我等普通娃，不要用力过猛直接推倒在起跑线上才是真的。我实话实说，普通娃
enrichment 一下，就要摆正 enrichment 的心态，倒是真的。不能跟天才娃比拼九九
乘法表。

小学一年级的加法的教学要求（老师都发给家长的，如果你看了一遍的话，也可以上网
查），是加法的结果在二十以内。这是基于 working memory “the magic number
seven, plus or minus two“ 而设计的。
那由于每个娃的 working memory 有差别，外加更重要的是大脑 encoding 的差别，对

还得足够快，因为要加不少数字。这个得 place value 熟练以后才行。place value

测4k，个人感觉high frame rate比enriched visual好，右蘑菇转换视角明显smooth多
了，有点PC的感觉了。enriched visual主要多了些花花草草，不side by side体会不
到太大区别。
titanfall 2没有专门的pro选项，听说是down sample到1080p。画面很干净，没啥锯齿
。网上有对比的screenshot，差别挺大，不过实际玩起来因为一直在运动战，感觉不出

用Fisher exact test or chisq test只能说明methyaltion和CellType是相关的。
但是不能表明CellType中的哪种enriched with hyper or hypo-methylation。
显然，CellTypeI中Hypermethylated的数目比较多，要用什么test来说明
CellTypeI is significantly enriched with Hypermethylation。
另外 Is CellTypeII enriched with Hypomethylation?

IgG content of Antibody may not be equal to purified IgG,
Why don't calculate fold enrichment relative to KO cell line using same
antibody?
2. I would say enrichment folds instead of fold enrichment. I should
calculate folds relative to normal serum
control when antisera are used or IgG control when purified IgG antibodies
