餐馆吃饭，发现很多老中对西餐一点常识都没有。跟中国一样，吃饭局在美国是一个非

柿，cheese, olive,boiled egg,becon, etc.），也没有适当的沙拉酱(dressing).可
见他们根本不懂沙拉应该怎么吃。很多老中在美国餐馆不知道如何点菜。尽管本人喜欢
中国菜，但美式，法式，意式等西式菜也有好的地方，我也很欣赏日本菜。其实在美国
，中餐与墨西哥菜同属最低廉的，比垃圾快餐稍稍好一点。老美中产阶级以上，更本看
不起中餐。原因之一是中餐馆不注意门面及卫生。其二是老美不懂如何点中国菜。我们

个小本们做活动学东西，觉得很enjoy，很满足。上周最后一次课做evaluation，觉得

秋天就要去做teaching的AP了。不知道课一下子变多了，学生质量变差了，没有时间做

一个很常见的说法就是只有水平高了才能更加enjoy tennis. 只有4.0，4.5了，
才能享受足够的控制，比赛才足够fun. 如果2.5，老双误，是非常令人沮丧的。
情况是这样吗？大家到park去看一下，到底谁更显得enjoy? 4.0/4.5的老看见curse的、
砸拍的，比如当天状态不佳，拍子线太老，风太大，导致没法发挥到最佳水平。比如
原来可以打20个回合的，今天只能打10个回合，于是就怒了，砸拍。3.5的老球棍，
常年霸占公园，虽然只能打5个回合，虽然球速很慢，虽然遇到4.0必败，也丝毫不影响
他们对网球的enjoy. 这其中根本原因就是网球比赛fun不fun，跟水平高低基本无关，
而跟比赛激烈程度关系最大。2.5 vs 2.5，只要比分是6-7, 7-6, 6-7，也一样极其
刺激，不管赢家还是输家，都希望再来一次。砸不砸拍，跟2.5还是4.5无关，只要
当天发挥不如自己正常发挥，都会有砸拍欲望，跟等级无关。
而且水平高了的致命伤就是找不到人打球。4.0开始基本已经没法到park随机找人打

我是感觉，我3.0时挺enjoyed playing，进步之后到4.0了呢，也很enjoyed tennis。
只是没法接受现在的水平突然再重新回到3.0，还能如当初一样的去enjoy了，可能会更

，听的最多的就是enjoy, 三百多万人，四百多万两车，大概只有50 万人在认真工

已经说了好几遍杭班已经取消了，我终于忍不住了，他会说英语却只用西班牙语通知,
用英语把他和航空公司破口大骂一遍，sb 还是说只能给我refund ，到现在 2个
月也没退前

好一些，VP就舒服不少。但是，这种工作必须要有人去做，否则朝中无人，招人，分项
目，升职和加薪都受影响。
中国人出国定居大多是为了追求简单的生活，愿意走manager路线的根本不屑出国或留
下，到现在美国职场上的国人是朝中无人，爷爷不疼，姥姥不爱，职场上日渐势微，处
在老美和烂阿三的双重压制下，心态性格使然，无解。 |

我家也是男宝，比你的还小一点点。虽然也挺闹的，月子里的时候除了吃睡就是哭闹，
而且可以没理由的哭，闹到我都恨不得把他扔厕所里抽掉算了。可是感觉他一天天大起
来，也越来越懂事好玩了。特别是他对你笑的时候， 那简直是感觉是天下无敌了。而
且每天都有新花样，无论是好还是坏，总是让人惊喜多多。我以前也不怎么喜欢小孩子
的，现在却很ENJOY。虽然也挺累的，因为我白天要上班，晚上也要起来２－３趟弄他
。可是看到他甜甜地睡觉的样子，觉得小东西好可爱。
不要想太多， 什么几十年后这么长远，ENJOY当下就好了。
前天带他去OUTLET大大SHOPPING了一番，有了宝宝还是第一次这么长时间的逛街呢，觉
得比以前光和LG两个人逛有意思多了，因为又多了需要买东西的人， 又多好几家店需
要进去了， 呵呵。 而且老外似乎都特别喜欢小宝宝，被N多人逗和问。
MM可是心情好的时候多和宝宝玩玩， 如果自己心情不好就把宝宝交给别人， 自己好好
休息， 人累的时候特别容易BLUE啦。 |

今年真正开始严肃的跑步是从七月才开始的，一开始就想刷刷5K的成绩就好了。长距离
的比赛就以前参加过一个斑马，还是高心率跑下来的。之后虽说还是有些心痒痒，但是
还是没有认真考虑过重新来一个半或全马（倒是一直忽悠Outbacker，未遂）。直到再度
温习了wordpress的"我们的节日"，我才觉得也许我坚持训练，可以在weekend跑一个26
mile的longrun，但是没有办法享受"节日"的气氛，没有可能去体会All out in last m
ile.
今年可以参加的只有10月中和11月下旬的比赛了，只好安排先跑一个斑马，根据情况来
看11月的全马了。
训练是根据smart coach的plan，基本上是今年能抽出来的最多的时间了，MPW还是很难
看，只有30多。倒是Tempo/Speedwork和weekend的long run基本上都跑下来了，也没有
受伤。和去年相比跑的时候更为关注HR，Junk Mile也少一些。
