现在有可行性不？我知道capitol hill不能代领票，那monument可以代领吗？领票需要
出示什么证件，我自己的话，是不是只要驾照就行了？
另外，那个bureau of engraving and printing，印钞局现在还开吗？我看它的网页也
说要早上8点去领票，不知道这个地方人多不多啊。一般要什么时候去领票才能领到。

一般来说receiver/action没有区别，但是engraving还有木材有些不同。

lower (without a upper attached) "waiting" for it at home, you will in
trouble when you got caught.
the better way is getting a pistol lower first and use that with your SBR
upper (do NOT buy a stock at the same time). when you get class 3 paper
approved, engrave the lower, buy and install the stock. |

其实最不爽的是lower上的字（莫办法，外贸协会的），看所有的帖子gen2都字是
engraved，可我的是printed。 :( 很难看。不过gas adjustment control是圆头，盒
子上的label也是gen2所以应该是gen2没错。
估计现在就是新手的anxious阶段，get over it就好了。 |
