shiseido lifting emulsion, II
Collagen Lifting Gel
第一个就是moisturizer，I 是给normal skin的，我买的II，因为冬天比较干。
第二个是胶状的，透明的。补水用。
两个都加了lifting"，就是防止皮肤松弛。感觉有点像age delay的产品吧。
这俩都是ELIXIR系列的。都是日本产的。在一个韩国化妆品店买的。不知道你那儿有没有
送的一套礼品就是一模一样的ELIXIR系列的3件套。toner, gel, emulsion。
还有一个小包包。sample size很大。都是30ml。嘿嘿。。。赚了。哦，那个GEL

发帖数: 293 | 23 对于shiseido的东西向来都是有褒有贬，所以还是那句话，找到适合自己的最重要。我
是干性敏感肌，皮肤薄，肤色应该算是黑里透红，呵呵，而且极易晒黑。基因虽然注定
了，但亮，透，肤色均匀通过后天努力还是可以达到的。
我平实很注意饮食，不太常长inflammable的痘痘，但是对于刺激性的化妆品，会引起
rash. 使用过很多牌子的很多产品，最后发现shiseido是我会一罐又一罐甘心砸钱的，
看得到效果的产品。买对了产品用法也很重要。
以shiseido为例，
在洗完脸后，用toner沾湿cotton，这样既瞬间补水也略带去角质。需要修复就用
revita，美白就用white lucent。
再就是精华液，spot targeting serum特别好吸收，所以我用在眼霜前面。
我有两瓶眼霜，细纹和黑眼圈分开的，depends on skin situation. 眼霜一定一定要
按摩到吸收！！！
然后是emulsion，我会在里面添加复方玫瑰精油，这样更保湿。最后一个霜，把所有
effect ingredient 锁进去。

以了，化妆底手法很考究，化不好妆底五官都化好了也白搭。我要认真化妆的时候花在
妆底上的时间是整个时间的一半。
皮肤的prep
化妆必需有好的肤况，上妆底才会伏贴不会浮粉。平时我如果化妆的话都特别淡，不会
化整套。如果有个什么occasion，需要化好点的，我会提前几天就开始注意“抱佛脚”
加倍保养皮肤，比方唇膏随时涂着，白天用fresh的sugar唇膏，晚上睡前用philosophy
的kiss me tonight。皮肤也是加紧早晚认真护肤，有痘的话多擦着点md formulations
glycare acne gel，一天多擦几次，可以帮助痘痘快点干掉。多喝水，少吃刺激性的
食物例如辛辣油腻。化妆前晚或当天敷一张保湿面膜。然后多拍两遍水，上emulsion之
后，上防晒，化妆的话我喜欢用shiseido一款白的液体状防晒而非lotion状的，因为液
体的轻薄一点吧。如果粉底本身也带spf的话，我就会跳过防晒这一环节，尽量除了比

重点难题在对焦上，虽然能在胶片机上找到佳能现在数码对焦操作的影子，但我还没找
到感觉。对上焦很快很准，但追焦跟踪的难度很大。都说佳能技术储备强，我时光倒流
追抚奸商的过去，还需要更多时间摸索。我应该还会再谈谈对焦问题。

大家都知道，很多人不相信美国人的阿波罗“登月”，他们还找到了很多证据，这方面
的文章甚至网站都有不少，大家有兴趣有时间可以搜来看。为此，也就有很多为阿波罗
“登月”辩护的文章，维基百科就有一个长篇，链接：Moon_landing_conspiracy_
theories。
这里我只讨论维基的这个长篇里的一段，这一段是关于阿波罗使用的照相机的胶卷是否
能够在月亮上正常工作的。由于不像地球，月亮没有大气的保护，月亮表面的高低温的
差距和变化很大，具体地说就是差不多低温从-100到高温+100摄氏度的温差。
首先，我必须提醒大家一点，那就是这里提到月亮表面的从-100到高温+100摄氏度的温
差并不是说阿波罗使用的照相机的胶卷也达到了这样的温度，因为胶卷到了-50或+50摄
氏度恐怕就不能正常工作了。当然了，温度只是月亮表面恶劣环境的一部分，还有核辐
射也可以使胶卷曝光。
我只讨论这一段有两个原因，一个是我以前贴过一个叫《美国人“登月”的阿婆锣项目

美国的阿波罗等月项目一共试图等月7次，成功等月6次！阿波罗13虽然等月没成功也安
全返回！阿波罗13的故事还拍了个好莱坞大片电影哪！
阿波罗等月项目一共发表了5771等月照片，当然应该还有大量没发表的，因为阿波罗宇
航员不仅不是专业摄影师更不是月亮上的专业摄影师，尤其是考虑到宇航员是用挂在胸
前（参考下面的图）的照相机拍照的，所以成功率应该不是百分之百，也就是说应该有
拍的不够发表标准的照片，所以阿波罗宇航员拍的等月照片的总数应该大大超过5771张。
还有就是阿波罗等月项目宇航员都是用传说中的用胶卷的照相机拍照片的，因为那时还
没有数码相机，所以宇航员还必须换胶卷，而换胶卷也是需要时间的，胶卷还是重量，

阿波罗11出仓1次（共151分钟）拍照121张（平均每75秒一张够发表标准的照片）
