在一个小CRO干formulation刚几个月，想请教一下大牛们以后的发展：
1. 现在的工作涉及小分子药的solid，emulsion，injectable好几种剂型，也有些GMP
的经验，2-3年后这样的经验跳大药厂容易么？ 是只能去generic，还是generic，
brand都可以去？ 以后的职业发展大致有哪些方向呢？
2. 感觉现在brand里面招bio formulation的挺多，bio formulation能从小分子
formulation转过去么？
3. 未来5-10年，小分子的formulation的市场行情是看涨呢还是看跌呢？ 身处东岸，
总觉得药行业不稳定，总想着未雨绸缪......

hehe, the sulfate group is not from surfactant, but from initiator.
Furthermore, geenrally PMMA latex can be obtained from soapless emulsion PM,
it also has negative charge.
The rational combination of surfactant and initiator is critical in the
particle stability. |

and suspension polymerization is the initiator. One is water soluble, the
other is oil soluble. If you want to get bigger suspension particles, slow
down the stirring might be helpful. |

styrene,和water的用量都是固定的，不同的只是改变emulsifier particle的浓度。表
观上，正如你所说的，聚合反应的vessel变小。反应温度是65度。我估计是particle可
能会终止链增长。 |
