前一直在旅游，没及时回复大家，抱歉。
最近大家突然非常关注EB1-A移民，想想原因特别有中国特色：中介扎堆忽悠。
现在Trump的移民政策：只欢迎“有钱人”和“真正的人才”移民美国!打工仔之类的，
你们就别来了，我大美国还那么多闲散人员没工作呢，哪有你们的坑啊！；跑路的、赴
美生孩子的你们就更别给老子添乱了，海关都不让你们进！
“美国不欢迎屁民”就直接导致EB5涨价（其实真实的EB5就是个天坑，无论先前50W还
是涨价后的135W仅仅是开头而已，看过太多家庭被临时绿卡忽悠到美国，最后骑虎难下
了），国内移民中介EB5做不下去了，中介也是人，也得吃饭啊，那就转头忽悠新产品

我大概十年前起就开始关注各种移民信息
结论就是 美国因为之前七十年过于强大 导致大家一致没有改革的动力 想改革就必须
有直接利益诉求 比如选票 比如捐钱游说(而且 多半背后有其他国家级的势力 参考以
色列和亚美尼亚)
聪明人有的是 那么多人都在想折中的办法 这么多年用尽了计谋都没有 其实已经可以
说明几乎不存在折中的办法了
增加上限要修移民法 merit base更是 喊了多少年了 这件事情民主党绝对不会答应 因
为影响选票 需要两百万DACA和他们的孩子们、一千万拉美裔非法移民的孩子和接近一
亿说西语的人的选票
增加过渡期的事情要看背后的说客 说服eb23版的人排期要十年都花尽了口舌 一个个的
还我不听我就是不听 如果三哥想 不捐钱等十年(其实是处理到十年前 但大家看不了那
么长远) 捐了钱 可能还有外国势力干政的罪名的风险 只能提到七年 凭什么捐钱 所以
三年过渡期 也是因为immigration voice那一股势力要拉钱
还有就是 移民(emigration)这件事情 莫迪ji可能乐见 因为觉得可以处理掉巨大的教

Yen Chuang (or family name first in either case).
The third son of Mr. Chuang Yen is Mr. Chuang Che, an artist. 莊喆 and his future wife 馬浩 (Cantonese) both went to Taiwan 師大美術系, where they met, and the family emigrated to US in 1973.

如果HOA是被告，或者litigation与房屋质量有关，估计就戏不大了。
如果litigation是其他理由的话，可以try Hudson City，ING，Emigrant等。如果
Hudson City要的话，rate也不算很差。
不过，LZ要做好心理准备，有litigation的condo很难找到贷款。另外，自己hold loan
的银行大多有prepayment penalty。 |
