，还是算了。
买他还是主要因为去年这机器太火了，明星机，造型复古，属于我的风格，所以要拿来
玩玩。具体的评测有dpreview，我主要谈谈我的使用感想。
首先，外观很好看，质感不错。就是额头稍微高了点，而且不是因为闪光灯，觉得有点
怪异。特别是配套复古的镜头比如17/1.8和12/2，很般配。拿在手里还算舒服。比较觉
得不爽的是按钮的感觉，觉得按键行程都很长，按键的反馈不直接。尤其是后背肩膀上
面的回放键和FN键。不懂为什么O不把后背肩膀做得和LCD齐平，这样不用搞两个突兀的
按键出来。现在大拇指要特地伸出去一段才能按上，操作不舒服。
EVF有一点很好，几乎感觉不到时滞。就是分辨率还是不够，画面不够大。而且EVF感觉
画面明显隧道感，和中高档单反明亮的取景器差别还是很大。下一步肯定会要继续提高
的。
触摸屏操作很方便，可以随时切换是否启动触摸屏。特别是选择直接触发快门的操作情
况下，基本就是指哪打哪。加上脸部识别的辅助，对焦选择非常迅速。那些单反用家还

首先表态，兄弟双手双脚赞成成立Texas Hold'em俱乐部。理解发哥辛苦，但是我想就
这个说点儿个人的看法，算是plea吧。
首先，虽然Texas Hold'em是赌博的一种，但是在很大程度上它应该归属于运动项目。
ESPN常年播出全美、世界TH大赛可以算是一个佐证。至于它广泛存在于各大赌场，这个
跟它本身的竞争方式有关。再者说，拉斯维加斯所有赌场都有各种球类的赌博，难道这
些球类也要全部归到赌博版么？所以，个人认为，完全吧TH归在Gamble里面不合适。
其次，为什么要吧Texas Hold'em和其他的poker game分开？比如说Black Jack。其实
玩过TH的人都知道，在TH的整个过程中，play skill其实占了相当大的比重。相比

赌注限度：
本文介绍的是有限额的（limit Texas Hold'em Poker）,不涉及无限额的（unlimit
Texas Hold'em Poker）德克萨斯扑克。
德克萨斯扑克的赌注比例结构是一样的，即1：2。翻牌前（pre-flop）和翻牌后（flop
）每次投一小注，转机（turn ）和河底（river）阶段每次投一大注，即一小注的二倍
。
最常见的一小注和一大注是1/2，2/4，3/6，4/8，5/10，10/20，15/30，20/40，30/60
，60/120，100/200，300/600（元）。
游戏人数：
一桌子可以2至22个人玩。
赢的规则
用一副52张扑克牌，每个玩家发2张底牌，桌面上发5张公共牌，最后每个人都能看到7

我在使用EM算法的时候，在30个iterations之后，我的log-likelihood就变成了-
infinity。不知道是什么原因造成的。我的EM就是MLE + logistic regression。感觉
没啥问题啊。
M step是为了maximize expection of log-likelihood, 我这里变成-inf，岂不是EM算
法在这个iteration完全没有用？

My work is to find out what pathways the protein use to be secreted. One of
tools I am using now is to use immunoEM to localize proteins to sub-cellular

在nex-7和EM-5两个系统里面里面纠结。
但是因为实在不想用手动头转接，现在还是比较倾向于EM-5一点。

那个data sample是属于uniform distribution分布。

俺觉得EM作为一种参数估计的渐进方法需要事先假设数据分布的嘛，否则你从什么地方
可以开始猜那些参数呢？如果你已经知道了数据分布，你可以两个分布的参数都用EM算
法得到，在比较那个分布的误差小点。但似乎这两种分布可以用更直接的方法估计参数

现在做的是mocular and cellular biology，技术上没有任何优势，基本每个实验室都

本人初学用有限元方法来模拟RF/EM问题。 现考虑平面波在无限大air-glass 界面的反
射／折射 （y=0 为界面），平面波在上半平面（air)入射到界面。 我选择矩形计算窗
口：左，右 为周期性边界，上下用PML . 用COMSOL的RF In-plane TE model (
scattered field formulation), 模拟结果总是不对。 原因是 total e-field 在y=0
界面不连续。琢磨多时也不得要领。请经验的大虾指点一下， 非常感谢！ |

如果我要用05年开始的数据估计covariance,则需要将08年的数据用em algorithm进行
补全。
这方面以前没做过， 请问各位大拿是否处理过相似的问题，有推荐的文章吗？ 搜了
一下，发现讲em进行数据补全的挺多，但是我用的矩阵是（股票*时间）的， 所以需要
考虑补全的时候是否一只股票一只股票处理比较好，还是将整体一起处理比较好。
