实话说我是没想到伊会唱如此励志的歌。伊今年作为特邀歌手在victoria secret show
上也唱了这歌。我初识伊源于伊和Elmo合演非常著名非常争议的hot n cold，而让我牢
牢记住她的则是更为著名的针对该mv的一条评论：parents want their children to
learn ABC but not D....hiahia。那谁谁还有那谁谁，要是心痒痒而又猜不到这什么
意思，好说，两个包子开口费，赫赫。这支歌的歌词沿袭伊歌词一贯的肤浅，但肤浅居
然也能肤浅地发我深思了好几分钟，不得不赞。

cryo-EM是个牛方向。。。
大家能不能科普一下cryo-EM为什么这么热？光看cryo-EM那些牛paper，看不出什么，
大家都是说优点，show好的结果。有没有真正做cryo-EM的牛人能客观评价一下，它是
不是真正革命性的东西啊？
cryo-EM的好处是不是不用结晶就可以看到单分子的蛋白结构？那么就是说，什么蛋白
，只要表达出来了，就可以容易的看到高分辨率的结构了。。。x-ray要被淘汰了？
高分辨率cryo-EM最关键的是得到EM的data吗？好像EM的分辨率不高啊。。。
是不是对EM data进一步处理，可以得到高分辨率的结构呢？。。。 |
