你看看我顶楼的链接，并不是所有elude都是felony，是超速30逃逸、造成人身或财产
损失、或驾驶极度危险、或试图逃离州界，符合上述才算felony。而且wilfully flees
or attempts to elude才算misdemeanor。 |

另外我警察跟我时走的路单向只有一道，只是某一个区段超车道，我走的慢速，结果警
察也走的慢速。
警察跟着我的开始我没注意到，大概有2mile吧，然后进了山道，大概有4mile的样子，
我前面的车也是走了很久才停，不知道是没注意到警车还是因为走山道时的路肩不够宽。
其实开始的时候警察也没说我什么啊，压根跟elude就没关系，开的是reckless
driving的单子，觉得我躲前面pull over没停好的那辆车时太危险了(我就是忘记跟他
解释这个)。是后来到了法庭后DA那边才整出来个elude peace officer。 |

去了法庭之后，等轮到我了，结果法官告诉我说state方面更改了charge，不是原来的

事，学习成绩也很好，12岁那年被当地一所顶尖的中学录取。可以想象一个贫困家庭出

aircraft approaching this zone might be intercepted and monitored by Japan.
US aircrafts are "authorized" to operate in the area, it doesn't mean the

张这个人我还是很佩服的。不过他的未来似乎不妙，看看这个facebook的故事。大体就
是一个老科学家退休，然后治病，然后就是各种各样的问题。。。。
然后这个老人不满意，贴东西。估计律师不愿意接，因为mayo太强大，没有医生敢出来
作证；另外一个原因是老了命不值钱律师不愿意折腾。最后的结果就是自己不能起诉，
最后还被医院起诉。。。 看来无人关心， 估计老人应该早死了吧。

很长时间了，一直想写Pink Floyd 1979年出的旷世经典之作The Wall。我从1996-1997
年接触到这个专辑，一直听到现在，伴我走过了10多年的风风雨雨，在脑子里基本上可
以把这个专辑从头到尾背下来了。写这个review，就像是与一位久违的老朋友面对面的
交谈，回忆一起走过的日子。俺觉得这个专辑是典型的成人片，没有点人生阅历很难明
白水大叔在说什么。
先说说Pink Floyd。Pink Floyd是迷幻和艺术摇滚的代表乐队。其成长经历在此就不多
说了，要说，得另写一篇。我不是极端的平克迷，极端的平克迷就认他们的第一张专辑
