这个世界大大小小各宗各派很多，宗教之间的争议非常多，谁也不服谁，
谁都认为自己所选择的宗教门派才是正教，才是正道，才是真理。还没
见到天堂地狱，没见到佛陀上帝，就先信心满满，傲慢心比须陀山还大。
大多数宗教都有其闪光点，有导人向善的言论。可惜，不是每个人都能
领会教主最初的教导，发展到后来宗教间各种恶劣的行为甚至连战争也
出现了。也难怪圣经说，人是有罪的，罪人什么样的坏事不敢做？
天堂地狱我等肉眼凡胎的俗人无法看到，但是衡量宗教好坏有一个很简单
的方法：能教化人心，导人向善，宣传和平精神的宗教，是个对世界有益
的宗教。反之，哪怕套上名门正派的名堂和光环，哪怕信徒众多，要小心。
看下面这则新闻，我就想起孟子的一句话，而某些教派是反着做，宣传暴
力行为。

据台湾ETtoday新闻云报道，人类的脚趾依据长度可以分为埃及脚、罗马脚、希腊脚这3种，其中第2根脚趾长度比其他4根脚趾长的就属“希腊脚”，拥有这种脚型的人通常四肢修长，几乎都出正妹。
埃及脚（Egyptian Foot）脚型最普遍，大拇趾比其他4根脚趾长，台湾男性几乎都是这种脚型，而这种脚型比较适合穿斜头鞋；希腊脚（Greek Foot）则是第2根脚趾比其他还长，适合穿尖头鞋，通常拥有这种脚型的人四肢修长。
过去有研究发现，拥有希腊脚的女性不一定是美女，但美女绝大多数都符合第2根脚趾较长的特征。有趣的是，纽约自由女神、希腊诸神雕像都是这种脚型，连气质名模林志玲、艺人杨谨华都有希腊脚。

英国伦敦一处大学学院卡达校区研究者表示，1911年科学家曾于埃及开罗南方70公里的村庄，在公元前3200年的古坟中，挖掘出珠宝项链。考古人员认为，古坟主人身分为年轻小朋友，坟内陪葬物包括珠子项链、黄金与宝石，初期检验发现，项链材质成分含有大量镍、钴、磷与锗等陨石成分金属反应，研究者雷任说，“即使在100年前，这也相当罕见。”

看了旅游版众大侠的埃及游记，不禁心里发痒，开始琢磨自己什么时候也去埃及
潇洒走一回。然而捏捏口袋里的钱包，再看看桌上堆积的文献，只好忍痛打消这
一念头。那就在网上看看照片过过干瘾吧。打开google，输入“egypt museum”，
在显著位置看到“Rosicrucian Egyptian Museum”，进入链接，不经意间瞥了
一眼博物馆的地址：1342 Naglee Ave，San Jose, CA，我有点不敢相信自己的
眼睛。
San Jose，就是我居住的San Jose！在这里呆了若干年，居然不知道附近还有个
埃及博物馆。而且只有十分钟的车程，而且号称是美国西部最大的埃及博物馆。
当然，对于这“美西最...”我早有思想认识。哪怕是并不起眼的东西，一不小

以上诗歌，出自“脚夫和巴格达三个女人的故事”当中，“第二个僧人的故事”（The
Second Kalandar's Tale），如果将其对比一下本系列序章当中引用的明代的《瀛涯胜
览》当中“天方国。。。国法禁酒”这段文字，以及当今时代多数中国人对中东伊斯兰
国家的印象，没看过一千零一夜的人也许觉得这仅仅是书中的孤例，并不具备代表性。
然而再看下面这段“努伦丁·阿里和艾尼西·张丽丝的故事”（Nur al-Din Ali and
the Damsel Anis Al-Jalis）当中的吟诗，也显然是在公然赞美酒精类饮料：

说过中国文明里面最重要的发明是豆腐, 我看还有酱油, 不过白人的 worcestershire
sauce实际上就是白人的酱油,其余的真不知道有什么了,造纸-EGYPTIAN在早中国很多年
就发明了草艾纸. 火药-利玛窦告诉中国人只有加入硝才能用做军事用途, 我们的火药
在那时候还有蝙辐的粪便.指南针-这个不知道, 但是我觉得那个罗盘好象不是非常靠谱
. 印刷术-这个也不知道, 只是除了我们自己说, 好象其他国家提到的很少. 中国人发
明了保险倒是真的, 这在保险执照的考试资料里面有. 其他我真的不知道还有什么可以
吹嘘的了, 恨恨的说. |

So Greek language and culture was very open-minded
