[编辑]羊群效应理论简介
“羊群效应”也称“从众心理”。是指管理学上一些企业的市场行为的一种常见现
象。
经济学里经常用“羊群效应”来描述经济个体的从众跟风心理。羊群是一种很散乱
的组织，平时在一起也是盲目地左冲右撞，但一旦有一只头羊动起来，其他的羊也会不
假思索地一哄而上，全然不顾前面可能有狼或者不远处有更好的草。因此，“羊群效应
”就是比喻人都有一种从众心理，从众心理很容易导致盲从，而盲从往往会陷入骗局或
遭到失败。
羊群效应的出现一般在一个竞争非常激烈的行业上，而且这个行业上有一个领先者（领
头羊）占据了主要的注意力，那么整个羊群就会不断摹仿这个领头羊的一举一动，领头
羊到哪里去吃草，其它的羊也去哪里淘金。

I 'm now employed in the States on OPT which will expire on June 9, 2013.
My employer submitted petition for H-1B (worker visa) on my behalf at the
beginning of this month. I already receive a receipt number from USCIS, but
it still takes a few weeks to approve the application (possibly in June) I
think. Once it's granted, the H1-B status will not be effective until Oct
1st.
However, my employer is going to lay me off at the end of June. Do you know

work for us,we switched to cefzil yesterday)
吃amoxicillin的时候就有拉稀，现在吃cefzil还是拉稀，除此之外，身上还有了一些
红疹子rash, 主要是后背上，还有屁股上， diaper rash有些加重，之前只有很轻微的。
这些都是说明书上的side effect。
现在周六，医生周一才上班，自己有点拿不定主意，到底是继续服用呢，还是停药呢。
有有过类似情况的宝宝么？ |
