时担任editor和author的责任。
过程一般是nas member把稿子用email发给几个人，说这是我的稿子要投PNAS,你给审一
下。然后审稿人把review feedback直接发给投稿的院士，做修改，几个来回，直到所
有审稿人都说满意。最后投稿的院士开始PNAS website的投稿过程，把稿子还有评审人
的意见交给editorial office。
Editorial office一般没有问题，但是最近PNAS据说压力很大，所以如果看到review
feedback不是很positve，可能会拒稿或者editorial office自己找external
reviewers。或者，editorial office认为有严重的conflict of interest,比如专利公
司，会要求投稿的院士不可以这样投稿，需要按照普通的程序投PNAS. |

贡献，期刊排名能证明的是authorship，而不是这一点。我上次EB1A被拒过，当时RFE
的时候就是用editorial board member来证明contribution, 因为在editorial board
的邀请信中写到因为我对research的贡献，所以邀请我做editorial board，后来IO就
是这一点不能证明contribution而拒了我。初次提交140的时候因为editorial board
member刚拿到没干什么实质性的活，所以没提这个，就是等着RFE的时候用，结果FRE的
时候用来证明contribution,最后就被拒了。
当然也有可能我当时运气太差。 |

我的case他引一项很弱，所以我Exhibit Index中有意突出了一些闪光点，在文章（18
－65）、引用（69－79，141－145）和审稿（80－87）方面和网上看到的模板以及律师
提供的都有所不同，有意突出了自己认为比较强的方面：由于是跨学科，杂志分布比较
广，SJR 排名里找到了最适合自己的用上了。希望对和我情况类似的有所帮助。
Exhibits Index是我自己准备的，分享应该没问题。PL、RL 有很多律师的努力在里面

才知道receipt number。所以错过了pp start 时间。估计不是29就是30号pp clock
start，之后一直是acceptance。8月7号早上东部8点半收到短信说pp clock stop，半
个多小时后刷新页面看到approve的信息。看来有io 很早7点多就上班了啊。

我工作的教授，只讲引用的事情。一封是Chief Editor, 只讲Review的事情。还有5封
都是general的推荐信，都提到了工作，Review和做Editor experience.
Highlight: 有一项工作的结果被引用成national standard
Citation低是硬伤，只好努力提高其他方面，比如Review和参加Editorial board. 期

时，哪怕一个小小的机会我们都不愿意放过，不管是影响因子多低的期刊，还是非常小
型默默无闻的会议。作为曾经经历过痛苦历程，并看到现在还在努力的同学们，我为你
们的坚持而喝彩加油。但是，如果突然有一天你的信箱里多了一个邀请你参加某从来没
听说的期刊或者会议的邀请，担任副编或者session chair的时候，你一定要仔细查证
这个期刊和会议的真实性和可靠性。因为有些机构正是利用我们如饥似渴的心理，来吸
引我们入伍，这些可能是后续的审稿或者发表文章都要征收很多费用的营利机构，而不
是一个真正的学术期刊或者会议。最好是跟同行的有经验的人聊一聊，看看是不是可信
，还是一个钓鱼函。下面是个例子：

发帖数: 39 | 47 Nature Biotechnology的letter是不算分母的，计算一下今年的IF就知道，这个可以
100%保证！同样的情况还有很多杂志都有。
现在IF的情况主要是已经渗透到了各个角落，一时间大家为了找工作，升职称都难以挣
脱。另一方面杂志要想拿到好的稿源，就只有通过提高自己的IF来吸引投稿，也没有其
他办法。就像Elife，有这么强的后台和support，但是从目前的情况来看，如果继续保
持8分的IF，我相信其稿源肯定会受到致命的影响，如果现在还不采取措施的话（比如
说加大review发表量）很容易走向恶性循环，把前面积攒的reputation 一下子葬送掉
。这也是很无奈的事情。我个人认为为了维持杂志的高IF，而采取各种手段，不应该是
丢人的事情，特别是在当下如此竞争激烈的环境下。杂志的目的最终是为建立自己的
reputation,而这个reputation目前就得靠IF，至少很大程度上是这样。
再举个实际的例子，cell metablism 前两年的影响因子一度降到了13点几。这是很严
重的情况，但杂志马上做出了积极的反应，大规模提高了review的比例，现在这几年已

河北科技大学副教授韩春雨NgAgo实验是否具有可重复性再起波澜。9月6日，有成都媒
体刊发了对韩春雨的专访，题为“《自然》已证实实验可重复但还有不确定因素影响实
验结果”。9月6日晚间，曾撰写关于韩春雨报道的《自然》杂志记者David Cyranoski
邮件回复澎湃新闻时表示，该报道“不应该被作为韩春雨实验可重复的证据。”
之所以9月2日之后，关于韩春雨NgAgo实验的可重复性问题再次成为学术界的焦点，源
于8月2日《人民日报》客户端报道称，“对于外界要求公开原始数据的要求，河北科技
大学表示，在一个月之内韩春雨将采取适当形式公开验证，届时将有权威第三方作证。”
