Biotechnology,比Cell Res发表research highlight 和Letter的情况更加厉害。

其中88篇letter引用了1012次，其中很多都是CRISPR/CAS的文章。其他的editorial 也
引用了400多次。这些对杂志最后的IF提升（>7）都是有巨大贡献的。
另外，Science, Nature等正刊的 editorial, news, highlight的数量也是很大的，可
以为每年的影响因子增加3-4（对于Science, Nature的发文基数来讲这是很大的数字了）
Cell Research为了提高影响因子，获得更优秀的稿源，学习些这些杂志的做法我认为
是无可厚非的，如果SCI真的要找麻烦，那真的是有点太欺负人了，我觉得要找的话
Nature biotech的情况也应该完全属于相同情况吧。

好好看看下面这段视频，Cell的编辑介绍审稿流程，包括editorial board members的
具体职责。
稿件日常是由editors来收发、处理和决策的，跟editorial board members没太大关系
。board members只负责就自己领域内的一般性问题进行“咨询”，比如说一年大家聚
起来开几次会。也就是说绝大部分文章，连board members的面都见不到。
