上午:半包(1cup) Edamame -130cal

锻炼:
吃完晚饭去gym(9pm):今天白天特累,到了gym, 只做了20分钟椭圆机便累得不行,只
好下来踩了20 分钟自行车,然后stretch了一下,作了10*2 前仰卧起坐 (还是不太能
做),作了20个后仰卧起坐,练了上臂肌肉 40磅 15*2。打道回府。
感觉我的饮食是不是有问题?西红柿好像碳水很高啊,(3.5g out of 100g),豆腐也不
好?脂肪太多?豆芽的sodium怎么那么高啊(305mg/124g)?
我想吃既健康,又不太boring的食物。大家都吃什么减肥啊?
还有,感觉锻炼到了boring的阶段。。sigh |
