公寓比较好，看看这版上有没有住在南面的童鞋。南面circle C环境不错，学校也还行
，西边eanes学区很好，虽然你现在不用考虑学区，但是如果有合适的公寓，也可以先
了解一下。
首府新闻（我们这当地的中文期刊）上有一个叫陈静realtor，看她的广告好像写她很

school is OK, not bad. If you like new houses, there are some, but not many
in Eanes ISD, but pricy. Lake Travis ISD is a good ISD and Lake Travis HS is
a good HS too. There are lots of new houses building along 620. |

刚查了NEWSWEEK 2010的排名，大概你说的LBJ是liberal arts and science academy?
那么他们三个在全美的排名基本是54，59，91. 都很好了。这个还是主要看上班方便不
方便。我听楼主的意思大概是想买离ROUND ROCK比较近的地方，那估计EANES ISD有点
太远了。 |

Lake。Senna Hills里的Garden Home就是面积小一些《3000尺，Lot小一些。但建筑质
量比SFH好些。你可以自己去看看。 |

independantly with different styles and specialties. for example, sam has 1
.5% rebate if looking fewer than 15 house prior to final purchase, and 0.1%
less each house after the first 15. Chen Jing gives 1% rebate no matter how
many houses you looked. And Chen Jing is more specializd and focused in
Eanes ISD, while Sam wong covers a lot more areas in Austin.

在AISD可以考academy,初中上Kileen，高中上LBJ。就是娃辛苦些，每天起早贪黑赶bus
。不住在Eanes可以申请Transfer，但名额很有限，而且每年都要rev........

越好，象Eanes ISD, Lake Travis ISD。AISD我知道要把钱平摊给东边那些烂校，教育
资源也是要平摊。政治正确但实际上对CC不公平。

校太多，priority是如何让烂校水平提高，而不是如何differentiate。这从学校拨款
上就可以看出来。请问Bowie全美排名排到哪里了？快到1000了？开了多少AP课程，
STARR考试成绩如何？所以CC只有从AISD里独立出来才会好。跟Lake Travis ISD比，CC
就差一些。LT ISD学区小，就一个高中，资金充足，附近居民富裕，这几年初中，高中
都成了exemp。快赶上Eanes ISD了。反观Bowie, 包括那个新开的初中，根本没啥起色
。我知道住CC的老中，都不去那里读初中，高中的，都是去考magnet program，娃儿起
早贪黑地坐长途校车去上学。 |

，房价一般是$200+/sqft。78733的房子新一些，在360以西，离downtown远一些，房价
参考价是$160+/sqft。两个区都有米粒以上豪宅，我说的只是工薪阶层经常看的小区房
。MLS是Multiple Listing Service，是房地产经纪搞的信息共享网。 |

1% is not the most, but she does her work really well. if we need see a
house, she can usually arrange it in the soonest manner. She prepares all
the paperwork very fast. And she really stood on my side in price
negotiation.
I think she is especially good if you think about buying house in EANES isd,
she knows this area best. |

AUSTIN最好的两个学区，一个在南面， Eanes ISD westlake high全美排名155多，北
面Round Rock ISD westwood high排名170, 都很好。不过，东北应该有很多更好的学

我个人还是挺看好Steiner的学校的。看看steiner 的居民，有相当一部分是律师，医
生，及管理层。不是一般的红脖。人员素质好。steiner的engineer 比例比westwood
低，现在eanes 的一些区也搬去很多高薪的IT engineers（老中，老印）. Steiner环
境好，房价高（税收多），人素质好。有钱招来好的校长，同时家长重视，学校不会差。
如果小朋友才上小学，Steiner是很值得考虑的。
