卖是因为是Senna Hills小区的起步价，如果你看这个小区的Single Family House，没
有60万以下的，08年的Single Family House要7，80万。当然房子也大许多，如果要住
大房子，还是买Single Family House吧。这里是奥斯汀最好的学区 Eanes ISD。 |

区了。你说的这个房子，我印象中前两年过户只有四十来万，你可以请agent再核实一
下。不过总体来说，这个区的房子买了肯定不亏。 |

居民的小孩是去Valley View，初中West Ridge，高中West Lake。游泳这里有室内游泳
club--Nitro,附近还有Falconhead Golf course, Austin Tennis Academy，体育设施
齐全。小学一般是下午2点45放学，功课比国内容易多了。你住在78733哪里？78733中
国人主要集中在Senna Hills, Barton Creek West等小区里。 |

School，最后都进入West Lake High School，这都是奥斯汀最好的中学，高中。还有
区号78750，78759的学校也很好，那里是奥斯汀中国人比较集中的区域。Eanes学区还
是以白人居多，亚裔不到10%吧。国内的孩子过来上学，跟上肯定没问题，需要一段时
间，因为语言文化的问题。 |

基本就是RRISD的West Woods和Eanes ISD的West Lake。还有个AISD的LASA，是academy
，要考试才能进的，在AISD。70万在奥斯汀买房选择余地大，在78750, 78759买没问题。 |

主角致力于摄影（有一段他长时间呆在暗室），同时也没荒芜学业（考上大学），我并
