se, hire a lawyer may be better.
after all, you have someone who is also thinking with you
but still need to do good homework to find a good lawyer
如果公司只给support letter 的话，能自己DIY吗？
是不是必须请律师啊？

昨天收到卡了。感觉很复杂。从四年前开始写第一封推荐信， 到今天，个中滋味只有
经历过的人才能体会。

今天谈的是攻略。从本版获益不少，以此作为回报, 同时要说再见了。
1， A， B， OR NIW？
能走B不走A， N 绝对是备胎，但多少也有点用。
首先看条件：文章5，引用75，审稿15， 我觉得B应该 就可以申了。A最好多一倍。NSC
的最好再加20%。 N不好说。其实，B的最大问题是签字，我个人觉得签字的过程甚至要
比准备材料的过程更痛苦。所以如果走B， 一定要保证一次成功。很难想象，如果失败
，公司可不可能还给你再签一次。所有在大公司R&D的相信都会有这个过程。文章基本
都是在学校那几年发的，引用和审稿靠积累。三四年基本也差不多了，再不行等到H1B
第五年也必须走这步了。
A就无所谓，早试，多试，总归不是问题。
2，推荐信
六封最好。至少两国，最好多国。至少三独。最多三个中国人。B的必须有工业界的，

yourself. You can save $1050.
The legal fee for I-485 is reasonable. You can DIY if you want to (more
complicated), but you need to consider the possibility of the cutoff date
retrogressing.

price. angieslist costs around $60 annually, most of services are provided
by american owned company. I hired couple of them, the works were good but
the price was also pretty high, most of the time, the estimate came in as
doubled from what Chinese contractors ask for. so there are pros& cons...
it forces me to do a lot of DYI around the house, the process is pretty slow

发帖数: 291 | 49 I used the LTC in concord for the same job. costs about $120 but didn't work
at all. After we cut bunch trees around the house, the condition of the
roof became much better.
if you want to dyi, just apply bleach or roof cleaner and let mother nature
do the rinsing for you. It took us at least 6 months to get rid off all of
the moss on the roof.
if you want fast result, you may brush the moss while it is wet, but make
sure presoak the affected area at least 7 days before you brush the area. |

发帖数: 284 | 50 香肠调料是朋友从成都捎带来的。一包能做6斤，大概是7磅肉吧。肠衣Market basket
就有卖，5块一包。灌肠器没有，在Home depot 的plumbing dept 买了一段 直径1-1/4
” 的 pvc管子。
先要切肉，切成拇指大小的块儿。切好肉加少量白酒和香肠调料和匀。俺家没有白酒，
用 voltka 替代了。灌肠先把肠衣全部套在管子上，然后灌肉。切肉和灌肠都是费事
麻烦的活儿，灌肠还要有技巧，要灌得扎实又不会撑破肠衣。灌好后用细绳一节一节扎
好，用针把肠衣上刺些个孔。再用热水把香肠表面冲干净。挂在阴凉通风处放晾个七八
天，就可以放到冻箱保存了。 |
