检查了一通结果被赶回来了。回家以后我老公非要大扫除（我家每周末都大扫除）。婆
婆不让，说昨天累了一天，晚上也没睡好，我随时会生，还不赶紧休息。为此老公和婆
婆大吵一架，坚持花了3个小时大扫除。然后晚上我就开始频繁阵痛又去了医院。等于
我刚去医院我老公就已经是筋疲力尽的状态了。 |

Case No. 1:10-cv-06266 (N.D. Ill. Verdict Jan. 27, 2014)
这个案子讲的是：在铁路公司工作的两个人（有亲戚关系），一个人注意到突然有许多
西服革履的人来铁路公司的机车停泊地“参观”；另一个人的老板让他准备该公司所拥
有的各种设备的列表。1 + 1 = 2。他们一合计，估计该铁路公司会被卖掉；于是就去
炒公司股票了。
SEC 说他们是 insider trading。
可陪审团却判定：这两人没有犯罪。
原因是：两人如此获得的信息并不违法，因为该信息没有列在两人签署的不能交易的信
息的单子上。一堆穿西装的人走进在机车停泊场并不一定表示该铁路公司的股价即将上
升。 而且许多其他人可以同样亲眼目睹这些西服革履的人来访问铁路公司。
SEC 输掉的类似案子，不只这一个。

develop regulations so that they don't have to expedite mandamus cases
in the interest of "fairness" to other applicants. Once regulations
are published (expected to be about 6 months from now), the US
Attorneys will file motions to dismiss all WOM and 1447b petitions
based on the new regulations. Looks like this will be the end of slam

they need to enter the my J Form into the system before issued me a card. I
have provided the J form a couple months before the interview and they have
not entered those in the system? In fact, I have not changed job and my
employer is a public traded company. so I think it should be a slam dunk.
