President Trump ignites a lot of fights, but the biggest defeat in his short
time in the White House was the result of a long-running Republican civil
war that had already humbled a generation of party leaders before him.
A precedent-flouting president who believes that Washington’s usual rules
and consequences of politics do not apply to him, Mr. Trump now finds
himself shackled by them.
In stopping the repeal of the Affordable Care Act, the Republican Party’s

这是2017年的旧闻

希拉里·克林顿(Hillary Clinton)在竞选回忆录《发生了什么》(What Happened)

这是本书的相关段落,第239页:

Anyway, I don't remind repeating myself. The biggest problem with this
design is it's way too air tight. Even for couples having virtually no sexes

On the other hand, the use of steel connectors and the right size of lumber
makes it very sturdy. But it's an overkill for older couples.

my neighbor's similar story:
He heard the sound of water from somewhere inside the wall of his bedroom in
a late raining night,
then it had never stopped for five days.
He thought it was leaking and asked for inspection,
the guy dug the wall open and found a ladys' bloody-like rotten clothing.
the police was then called but the ploice said the clothing was nothing
special.
However, my neighbor never heard the water sounds anymore.
two month later, the house was sold with a very cheap price.

Who dug out this old thread out? Anyway, it's pretty simple and
straightforward. Since the leak is only noticeable after rain, it gotta be
that gutter downspout. I can even bet one dollar that the rain discharge
already wash off some soil under that deck and created a puddle there, which
only traps more water and worsen the leaking.
If you can crawl under the deck, add a few more feet of extension to the
downspout. Make sure no rain water collecting under the deck.

Once they approve the plan, you can start the build.
Over the years, I have added lots of decks, it is not that hard to do. Put

If you plan to do everything yourself, you need the right tools, renting an

What kind of animal would dig up a lawn?
This morning I found a huge patch of my lawn in my front yard all dug up.
Not huge holes, but a lot of small ones about an inch deep and a inch wide.
There was about 80 of them all in about a 3 foot circle.. I don't know if it
was some jerk kid, or an animal. I wouldn't think some kid would spend that
much time doing that, so it leads me to believe it was some kind of animal.
