comes from the non-GAAP profit, which is kinda like Tesla’s “with
potential savings” prices on the Model 3 configuration page. It’s really
dubious.
Actual GAAP EPS is about $1.75/share, which is still freakin’ great! |

to come up a totally new list.
The best way I believe is to use college matriculation data to rank high
schools. of course, it is not perfect either but much better than the
dubious ranking
method by some faculty member who has tons of time in hand
and is not capable of doing real research work. |

goes: in my opinion, trading for yourself does not make economic sense. The
risk and reward isn't there, if you take it as a business. There are some
exceptions, of course. But, like any other business, you don't judge the
prospect by looking at the highest, most visible earner.

Second this.
I have two townhomes: 1 is in the mid 100's range, and another one is in the
400's. The value of the former increased by 60% within the span of 5 years,
and the latter dropped in value quite much. There are just too many
supplies of townhomes in the 300s-500s price range. Given the job market in
both TMC and og, I am dubious to the potential of these townhomes in the
next 3-5 years. |
