这几天很忙很忙，一天都没睡上4，5个小时，真空闲下来了，又无法入睡。朋友说我都

胖啊。现在回想真有甩自己耳光的冲动，我为什么就没有一点警惕性呢？真羡慕那个网
友提到的有一点点不对就上医院的人。
而后就是12月中，老公咳嗽，吃辣了以后拉肚子，一夜间上了4，5趟厕所。之前他吃辣
的都会拉一下肚子，不过都是拉过了就好了。那阵子流感比较多，我们以为是染上流感

，而不一定是酒本身的名字。说一说我所知道的酒吧点酒常识。
一般酒吧或有酒吧执照的饭馆的酒水分几种：
1. highball （通常用的是普通的大玻璃杯）
烈酒liquor,甜酒liqueur和调酒用饮料mix（各种juice，soda，coke或milk）混合
的鸡尾酒。一般由1盎司的酒和相应的饮料勾兑而成。通常是house highball（酒店饭
店自己命名的鸡尾酒highball），或者其它一些通用的叫法，也是酒吧常见的鸡尾酒（
highball类的），比如 Tomcollins，John collins，Mai Tai，killer koolaid，
greyhound，screwdriver，seebreeze,zombie，sling，tequila sunrise，long
island iced tea， godfather， blue lagoon，（bartender’s） rootbeer（跟beer

看这个版也有几年了，一直觉得这个版挺和谐，有很多有用的帖子。我一般不大记得住

Match的结果终于尘埃落定，周1等电邮的时候非常紧张，因为成败就在此了，虽然一直
告诉自己，今年只是热热身，成败都可以接受，但到真的揭晓的时候，还是很紧张，毕
竟一旦卷入其中就身不由己，何况自己也还是有所付出。到周4等match program的时候
虽然也有点紧张，但程度已经大大减少，1个原因是毕竟match上才是头等大事，去哪里
尚在其次，还有1个原因是心理还是有所准备了，虽然希望留在home school，但直觉告
诉我恐怕是非常困难了，在我rank list上第二位的program应该就是我要去的地方，果
不其然。经过几天的等待，发现果然是要搬家了。

因为去年我补水做的不好，喝了两壶水，结果后来跑步一直尿急。
今年想改进补水方式，少喝多餐，于是趁打着入了一个这个：

Nashbar打折40刀，做工还挺不错的，碳纤维的流线型外壳，内胆分为两个部分，可以
分别装两种不同的饮料，后面的容器的吸管是黑色的，前面的容器吸管是红色的。另外
由于外壳和内胆的分离设计，保温效果也很好，天气很热的情况下，水还是凉的。
后部还有一个带拉锁的小包，可以装gel或者一些小配件。

在它鲜艳亮丽的外形之下，鸡尾酒其实也是一种非常具有个性的饮料，比如它非常注重
杯具，饮用的时间也有区别，新配方可以独创，但名酒一定要"遵古仿制"才能道地！
简单来说，鸡尾酒可大分为两种，即
1）直接饮料（straight drinks）：使用单一材料，经过加工，以原味呈现。
2）混合饮料（mix drinks）：混合多种材料调制，口味繁多，风格千变万化。
其次，鸡尾酒尚可依其酒精成分、饮用时间、冷热口味，分成如下数类
1）短饮料（short drinks）：需要在短时间内饮尽，酒量约60ml，3-4口喝完，不
加冰，10-20分钟内不变味。其酒精浓度较高，适合餐前饮用。
2）长饮料（long drinks）：放30分钟也不会影响风味的鸡尾酒，加冰，用高脚杯
，适合餐时或餐后饮用。
