dramatically after 2007, so more people filed EB1 and NIW, this is the main
reason why NIW increased dramatically.

发帖数: 308 | 22 在santa clara看的好几个区,2009年3月的所谓"housing bottom"的时候,SFH的平均价格还是$450/Sqrt左右,之后一直快速下跌,现在平均成~$310/sqrt了.
问了好几个agent,得到的回复是因为short sale.现在short sale lender基本都批准 (因为银行已经发现,foreclosure 会让他们损失更大). 而那些short sale seller为了能get out of the debt,个个比着降低价格,反正亏的是银行,不是自己. 这个是大trend.
在forecloure push up renting price dramatically的时候, 有意思的是,short sale同时在push down housing price dramatically. |

As everybody knows, tennis is a game of errors. Deciphering the actual cause
of the error is the initial step in error reduction. A study that I
conducted with nationally ranked juniors in Southern California found that
in match play, there are four main causes of errors:

是仲夏夜之梦的片段，里面还用了他的string symphony no. 5 in b-flat major，用
了其中的andante和presto两段；还用了song without words op. 109 for piano and
cello. 说不定我觉得通俗的是后面这几个作品。记不清是哪个了。他十七岁就能创作
经典作品，莫扎特年纪更小；画画、写作都没有那么小而有成熟作品的，音乐创作不那
