一个PERM 不能有两个140, 如果我要回去 EB2, 我只能 amend back to EB2 要再交一
个 140
我没理他直接自己relink了
EB2 --> EB3 的 Downgrade 和 Amendment 有什么区别？？ |

早在二月就向公司提交了eb2->eb3的要求。结果到现在downgrade还没有批准。
Timeline:
3/14 EB3 I140 filed
4/5 律师file PP，同时也提交了relink的申请（不知为何没有一开始就提交PP）
We have received the receipt notice; we will file the premium processing
upgrade and send the interfile letter to USCIS today.
4/7 EB3 PP received
We received your request for premium-processing of your Form I-140,
Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker , and mailed you a receipt notice.
4/26 EB3 Received (again)

definitely when you should file I-140.
Any guru, correct me if I am wrong.
If you EB2 PD is current for EB3 category, file i-140 and i-485 concurrently
, and 2 weeks later, amend i-140 application to premium processing.
Is this best strategy?

1）EB3的140提交的材料与EB2-140一样么？是否还需要证明公司有能力支付，比如是否
需要交税表？
2）如果需要证明支付能力，需要提交什么时间的税表？从perm开始到目前的支付能力
的税表？还是与EB2-140那个提交的时间相同？
3）是不是EB2的I140批准了，降级到EB3的140也会批准呢？移民局会不会参考EB2的140
？是不是一般都没有什么问题？

485EAD上班. 现在公司律师说要AOS PORT，想知道这个对我pending 140有没有影响？
因为140是上家雇主file的，不知道AOS PORT会不会造成USCIS REF我的140.
140已经pending9个月了，不知道现在马上做AOS PORT会不会出啥问题呢 |
