早在二月就向公司提交了eb2->eb3的要求。结果到现在downgrade还没有批准。
Timeline:
3/14 EB3 I140 filed
4/5 律师file PP，同时也提交了relink的申请（不知为何没有一开始就提交PP）
We have received the receipt notice; we will file the premium processing
upgrade and send the interfile letter to USCIS today.
4/7 EB3 PP received
We received your request for premium-processing of your Form I-140,
Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker , and mailed you a receipt notice.
4/26 EB3 Received (again)
We received your Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker , and
emailed you a receipt notice. It is being processed at our Nebraska Service
Center location.
至今仍然没有收到approval。想请问一下这种情况能否可以催律师或者USCIS？
做了一个online SR，也似乎是模版回复
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records show that your
case is currently pending adjudication. However, we have had to perform
additional reviews on your case, and this has caused a longer processing
time.
