1. 她说她惧怕坐飞机去华盛顿出席听证会。其实她去夏威夷，哥斯达黎加度假，还有
每年去东部出差都是坐飞机。太明显的前后矛盾。
2. 出事地点和她的家开车二十分钟。她说她忘了谁接送她。其实这么严重的情况，衣
服撕破或者惊慌失措，不可思议没人知道。
3. 国会曾经提出可以去她家附近听证，居然被拒绝。
4. 她八月初就已经和议员、参议院会面，有了律师，还做了测谎。可以说是fully
loaded。议员完全可以这段时间让FBI做匿名调查，不应该等到最后一刻扔出来。
5. 律师费用和测谎费用谁出的钱？这个如果是民主党出的的话和之前的dossier有什么
区别？
6. 她自己一直拒绝cross examination，这极其不符合美国法理。这种严重的指控必须
由双方cross examination。不然岂不是人人自危。这种没有真凭实据的指控不值一驳。
建议大家看看这两周华尔街日报的社论，民主党全败。社论说一刻都不应该耽搁，美国

这个案子里开启FIFA监视的标准偏低。记者问：此事涉及外国干预我国大选，
事关重大，也许执法部门不得不加大力度？Barr的回答大意是：家贼难防，在防范国家
机器的滥权和抵御外敌滋扰之间，必须两害取一轻。
在时任政府的极高层级，向俄国发出了停止干预大选的警告，然而Trump团队没有任何

requirement of 12 publications by the time of tenure review, because
dossiers are due at the beginning of the 6th year, and the publication
process is long. they expect to see 10 submissions by the beginning of the
6th year with at least 7-8 published/accepted and the other 2-3 under revision/review. anything you submit during the 6th year probably does not help much for tenure review unless it gets accepted really quickly. |

tenure evaluation in the future.
In general, be careful with anyone who will not support your tenure
evaluation! Be nice to these people NEVER works (at least to me). Find out
