dossier 申请
4，重要的是，在以后 renew 申请时，即使知道 Steele dossier unverified，而且是
DNC 背后资金资助的，comey 等没有 update FISA 申请，故意隐瞒这个关键信息，从
此误导 FISA court 法官。。

IG report： FBI 有意多次 修改隐瞒关键证据，但没法证明 政治动机，我们又没法做
comey 肚子里的蛔虫，所以没有 政治偏见。
报告还 reveal：Comey 耍心眼儿。。
Comey 为了不被 IG 询问，拒绝 sign security clearance 文件，以此为理由拒绝被
质询，IG 也没办法，

灌木可是司法委员会主席哦，如果不查他还得说FBI玩忽职守了吧。
