的grader工作或者lab里的工作，或者dorm里工作这样可以免费住dorm，最后几年可以
自给自足然后还上了很好的phd program现在做faculty的 |

Harvard Square，20分钟到KSG/HKS。离超市很近，走路10分钟到Market Basket和Star
Market
房子在2楼，一共有4个人住，其中两个人是哈佛的博士生，都是男的。另外两间待租。
其中一间大小和附近普通的房子都差不多，约3米乘4米，有空调，$525一月，包括网络
和水费，不包括电费和暖气。
另一间小一点的和GSAS的dorm差不多大（比dorm略大一些），有一个比较大的单独的阳
台。有空调，$400一月，包括网络和水费，冬天用电暖气。
两间房子都有简单的家具，包括床，书桌，衣橱，椅子，空调等，厨房用的是煤气灶台。
大房间要求签一年的lease。
希望租房子的人好交往，干净整洁，能够保持公共区域的卫生。
我有车，所以出去买东西啥的可以一起去，也很方便。

两天前，像往常一样，晚餐就我们孤伶地对视而坐，边移动筷子边闲聊。我低着头在剔
鱼骨头，突然想到，也就不经意地说出来：有点想儿子了，女儿离开没这么明显，因为
毕竟那时儿还在身边。我稍一抬头，对面的她却在轻轻地抹眼泪，弄得我也快挡不住了
，赶紧说快喝汤吧。为啥有的人泪点咋这么低！
昨天下午开始，儿学校家长微信群就在疯传，说有很多孩子生病了，还有人上医院了，
等等，尤其那栋Dorm楼。这下不得了，LD从下班到晚餐后就魂不守舍，过一会打个电话
，过一会发个微信，均渺无音讯。还通过别的家长联系，无果。然后就联想，说儿在家
生病发烧就只会躺在床上我照顾，这回没准就发烧躺在那不能回电话回微信，咋么办呀
怎么办。提着心等啊等回音，弄得我也紧张兮兮，一直快到12点，救娘的儿子来了微信

同时探底强力反弹，走势同时被TA所确认。
而且上证指数也很配合，上周五正式确立进入一波小牛市。天时，地利，人和，3个条
件都具备。
如要购买，须注意风险控制。HTHT周五暂时回调，如到$17.25，可大胆买进，止损价位
$16。HMIN涨得过快，不宜追高。具体操作可参考几个月前有人推荐NVDA后的走势。
这里推荐几只新股票：ARUN, PNRA, DORM.
ARUN & PNRA 都是行业里的领头羊，ER后Gap up, 然后短暂调整结束，准备继续北上。
DORM类似HMIN, 上周四为止结束了三个多月的调整，$35左右是support.

发帖数: 157 | 35 我好多年没吃dorm food了，今天趁着走之前再最后体验一下dorm food。去了purdue最新
的wiley dining court，里面真是巨大，想想我当年吃的两年hillenbrand，不得不感叹
现在的孩子真是越来越幸福了……
选择很多，从pasta到pizza到sandwich到bbq。。。很多东西都是自己选择里面的配料
。我只试了pasta，听说wiley的pasta很新鲜，都是当天发好的面自己压出来的。pasta
量很小。。。是非常小。。。但是非常好吃。如果不是想多尝点别的东东，我想我会厚
着脸皮让pasta大妈再给我做一碗。
今天正好赶上smoked bbq ribs，做得很嫩很香，比当年hillenbrand像石头一样硬得能砸
死人的steak强多了。虽然一顿午饭大概要>$8的样子，但是对于爱吃ribs的男生来说我
觉得饱餐一顿还是非常划算的。
最后赞一下wiley的dessert，比hillenbrand和earhart当年用罐头水果和果冻做的
dessert真是强多了，cheesecake做得非常专业。普渡餐饮方面进步真是太大了，想想
03年我吃的东西再和 |

标 题: 严肃地问：两个单身异性出去怎么住旅馆好？

我，女生，一个人出去玩多了，从10几个人一间的dorm到酒店单人间都住过，从来没问
题。
这回，和一个男生一起出去玩，我倒犯愁了，怎么定旅馆好呢。
我想定两人间的，最舒服。那城市不安全，单人间和dorm，我还担心呢。
可是我们又不是情侣，就算twin bed，毕竟有点不舒服。我一个人在外面，无所谓别
人怎么说，就是要自己舒服。
我们都单身，我比他大几岁，互相挺有共同语言的，但至少现在是在互相了解时期，没
其他想法。我长期剩女了，无所谓。
怎么订旅馆呢？请大家出出主意。

前面写错了，我以为double bed是两张床呢，忘记了twin bed才是。长期一个人玩，真头一次遇到这种问题。

大公司在一个地方，绝对不只是交税。因为有大公司/学校在，所以旁边就有餐馆，咖
啡馆，有食品超市。这样本地的居民就有工作，就会安居乐业。
5000个员工离开一个地方，对餐饮和零售业打击是巨大的，特别是交通发达，收入和人
力资源偏高的地方。最后summit就会像诸多NJ铁路沿线的小镇一样，变成一个彻彻底底
居民都在其他地方上班和购物的dorm town。
中部的很多dorm town我白天非午餐时间路过，路上行人和车辆都不怎么看到，一片死
气沉沉的样子。

the airporter will stop several places on campus which depends on where
u r going, or u can ask him stop anywhere u want. u can walk to dep of cs and
ee. these 2 deps r face to face building. u can check his name as key word then
u can get his email num and maybe adress. from ur description i guess he live in
dorms that is called " graduate college". u can ask airporter top there.
u sure need his dorm num otherwise its no way for |

昨天知道的消息， 悲愤不已。
张是我们的好朋友，他曾经是一个非常爽朗的人，非常节俭， 但对别人很

去年九十月间，他认识了顾。 顾认识张的师姐，托她给自己介绍男朋友。
交往之初， 顾对张说， 她马上要毕业了，还没有工作，所以想找男朋友结
婚， 生孩子 。我们大家曾反对他们的交往，因为觉得顾太功利。张没有
听。
张是个外向的人，感情问题经常和朋友说。 他曾提及，这个顾妹妹，比较
强悍，经常和他吵架。 有时候是张在实验室工作很累，她打个电话把他叫
来，让他给自己洗衣服。有时候张从实验室回来没有吃晚饭，她问也不问，
叫张带她去gym.他们去夏威夷旅游，是张花了所有的旅费。在夏威夷，顾看

There should be some stuff on duty in the building at night if you will live
in a school dorm, I guess. I know Upenn's dorm has stuff 24-hour on duty.
About 13- 15 minutes drive.
Depending on area, you'e btter ask someone in your school for more info. |

学金， 反正都是自费； 更不考虑签证， 全都是水过； 也不用什么相约结伴的乘飞机
， 家长反正一起送过来。
急不拉吼的开六个小时的车过去， 居然他们没进dorm 前的酒店300一晚， 瞠目结舌，
只好自己在郊区自己灰溜溜的自己找个100刀一晚的住住算了。就不明白国内的人咋这
么拿钱不当钱啊？
去帮他们交学费，办meal plan , 找dorm , 学校贼精贼精的， 本来那中国学生当发
展中国家收学费的， 后来门槛精了， 中国学生一律按发达国家收学费， 白花花的一
年五万的雪花现银啊，不要贷款不要叽歪的爽到死啊！
美国穷人顿感花钱花的手抖了，语重心长的和外甥女说要她珍惜自己父母给她的好的环
境，最主要这么多的银子的投入。 熊孩子爱听不听的，低头发微信她中午吃了什么，
买了十几个coach(呵呵，刚从中国来，脱不了土俗气）的包包，一点儿也不像要好好读
书的样！
回家后和LD大叹： 人生得意须尽欢，莫使金樽空对月。 四年下来给这熊孩子投资20万

他说的 分房 未必是你脑海中的分房. 如果纠结分房，也可以看看新加坡的“分房“制
度，http://www.hdb.gov.sg/ u can find every operational detail about “分房“ on this official website
我在北欧也住过大学分的宿舍，超级便宜，quality is great, the indoor quality
and
outdoor environment is better than MIT Harvard on campus dorm, but dorm fee
is 10 times cheaper.
在美国住够了 可以去北欧生活生活, 至少短期住几个月也可以 |

and you got cabin or dorm?
on March 1st afternoon, I suddenly realized it is the first day of the month
, so I called and was told that there is only one dorm bed available, so I
reserved. I will definitely fly there and do it!
