因为公司关闭我目前的site，把我们转到另外一个州，不过我可能在新的地方最多只能
待1年左右。这样relocation assistance 需要退还一半或者全部，这样的话，因为拿
的时候是税后的，还的时候是税前的，，公司policy上是说税的那部分是可以跟政府退税
申请要回来的（申请IRS Form Schedule A, Claim of Rights Doctrine什么的）。。
不知道这里的大神吗知道这种情况这部分税会从政府都要回来嘛？是全额还是一部分？
一部分的话相当于自己要掏腰包补偿给公司了。。
我语言表达能力比较差，希望有误导的地方我可以具体解释。
