The score was biased toward Delay for sure and the judges did give a lower
score for Qiu Bo especially in the 5th dive, when his difficulty coefficent
was 3.7.
US got the gold as the beneficary of this faover to Delay and against Qiu Bo.
Well, it's also true that the US diver was pretty good too and the
difference between him and Qiu was not significant enough for China to won.

hertz 和你都要找那个driver的insurance company if the driver did not purchase
insurance from hertz。
if the driver does not have insurance, hertz and you both have to spend your
own money fixing the cars.
yes, you could put the driver in jail, but you still cannot get any money to
repair your car if the diver does not have insurance.
go after the driver and hope s/he has insurance. |

事情是这样的：
2010年12月份在Florida,以极低的速度闯了红灯，所以最后结果是我的半个车身出了白
线后停住，但擦撞到了一辆横过马路的车的后bumper，对方车主是个黑人女人。然后我
就尾随对方停下，对方车主下车问了我有没有事，并坚持报了警。但是警察过了一个多
小时才到，期间对方车主对我一直非常NICE,从头到尾没有一点不高兴，兴高彩烈的和
我聊天，她的车也只是bumper上有一点点的擦痕，警察来了问我是谁的责任，我说是我
的，警察就没有给我ticket，对方还超级为我开心，然后警察告诉我要和我的保险公司
claim，我回来后照做，心想就让报信公司去陪就好了。
但接下来问题来了，几天后收到保险公司电话，说我的保险里没有bodily injury
liability，所以如果对方claim medical care 要我自己来付，当时就慌了，以为有些
朋友告诉我有些人就用这个来赚钱的。所以一着急，就给对方事主打了电话，为她怎么

发帖数: 1107 | 49 我的06 GS 很久前就开始有车身抖动的情况。但只是一小会儿功夫就没事了。而且只是
在等红灯的时候有抖。我上网做了些research，看到有些owner有投诉过同样的事情。
当中有些是在warranty内得到了免费的修复，有的是需要自己出一部分part的费用。我
的情况没有多严重，平时开也没什么问题。所以就一直不放在心上。但是在最近的一次
oil change的时候，我其实也是不经意的和 advisor说了这件事。然后她就提出我交65
刀的inspection先。65刀也不是太大的数目我于是就同意了。大概1个小时后，她找了
我说我车有misfire。但是因为我的车已经不在warranty之内了。所以他们不会提供免
费的修复，不过她可以试着去和lexus 申请，看能不能让lexus做个good will repair
。在这期间，dealer提供loaner car。接下来大概3天后，接到她的电话。说lexus 愿
意cover我的这次repair。再接下来几天，她又发了个邮件过来问我，愿不愿意只pay

发帖数: 48 | 50 去年进的12款的s-line Prestige. 目前@5000mi了，开得满爽的。车子沉还是感觉得出
来，但是操控没有拖拉的感觉。加速很给力，尤其是进高速的时候。刹车再提速的时候
有一点延迟,但是不明显。而且可以切换Drive和Sport transmission模式，感觉还挺不
一样的（其实是用转速拼平滑）。四驱工作也很卖力，过个bump就有明显感觉。
本来上sline一开始是为了高hp, 大轮圈和smart key.不过后来感觉其他多出来的功能
也不错，比如diver side assistance, 和s-line的bedges，赫赫。至于值不值这多出
来的几千块就见仁见智了。
第三排现在还没派过用场。主要cargo mat买的是为第三排放倒时设计的，所以一般想
用第三排应急的时候，总发现cargo mat没地儿放。。。
另外一个觉得比较有用又型的功能是google map的车载GPS.（还带6个月的Verizon 4G,
车里可以设置WIFI hotspot）。配的音响也不错。
而且由于Q7上路的不多，感觉还挺standout的。经常路口等红灯的时候，有兄弟车打照
