大小嘴8个。都是我上的。小嘴是wiggle wart上的，phantom green craw color。
大嘴是Koppers live target Crawfish Medium diver上的, Green Tan color。
这两个饵都挺值得推荐的。目前为止比bandit 200好使。
后来striper鱼情好，我就不钓大小嘴了，没有striper拉的
爽。striper 30个。
其中两个人（包括我）一开始都不会拉striper，跑掉的striper加起来有12个，都是大
的。后来在老手的指导下就不跑鱼乐。
感受就是拉striper比搞大小嘴爽多了。
力气大，速度快。
其中一个是slug go 5inch粉红色岸边上的。拉的爽。
盼望着下次的lake powell之行。 |

发帖数: 18705 | 5 也要看水色的，半清混沌的水色就可以，多数湖色就这样子的。一天就扔红色的
Lipless也不错，我们出去钓鱼是闹着玩，几分钟就换饵了，脯肉比赛的时候几乎不换
饵的，他是有信心的。换饵需要时间，换个饵就少投了几竿。我更有毛病，鱼情好的时
候我换饵更勤快，目的是操练各种饵的信心度，所以在不同条件下，我每种饵都能用，
只有合适不合适的想法，没有信心问题。

以前学diving的时候，碰到不少牛人。cave diving的教练是个加拿大海军军官，我见
过的最牛的technical diver之一，free diving教练是6项世界纪录保持者，那时候去
上课的时候，他们刚在开曼给tiger woods上过课，给我讲了一些tiger的游艇的故事。
不过听船长说，那个游艇要被中国大款收购了。 也不知道我当年的这些教练们现在怎

今年七月八月，水温一直徘徊在70度左右，大群的bunker徘徊不去，海湾里白天能钓
striper，蓝蟹的尺寸上不去，而且没有bluefish。往年这样的情况只在6月到7月初有
，典型的初夏景观。
而这一周，情况突然变了。大家都钓到不错的蓝蟹,
local论坛上 bluefish 的鱼贴也越来越多。
我今天早上起了个大早，打算看看海湾里到底是个什么情况！
果然，太阳没出来，水温就有75度，水中的盛夏终于来了。没看到bunker群，我只好划
船到港湾里，后面拖一个crank bait和一个deep diver。
这时大概是7点，太阳在云后面，很闷，安静，有微弱的南风。突然船前2米的水面下灰
光一闪，一个巨大的波纹荡了起来，一条大鱼慌张的逃开。看来是bluefish在水面打盹
被我惊醒了。我于是开始把拖在后面的lure收回来。
crankbait收到离船3米远的时候，突然一个黑影从水下浮现出来，哗啦一个大水花，线
曾曾曾的就开始出！
我非常确定drag是上紧的，于是Set hook，让它跑。然而这鱼完全藐视我的drag，线直

发帖数: 542 | 12 kayak trolling因为速度不快，不能也不需要用大的down rigger，有2-4 oz的
trolling weight就好了，就是钓trout有人用的那种两头连有环的梭形坠子。后面接什
么都行，spoon，jig+软饵，硬饵。用其他的类型的坠子也可以，egg sinker等等。
速度和放出去的线长控制深度。
另外一种不用weight，用diver 硬饵，各种深度都有。
主要是适用海钓或者湖里面如果有schooling fish。 |

HDL was 65 a couple of years ago (Weight lifting does increase HDL!! Thanks FFF). LDL almost no change although my diet changed a lot.

未名游戏停开的那两天，我感觉很焦虑，迫切地想玩麻将，有点像小时候等过年，好放
鞭炮，吃糖果花生。我其实并不迷麻将，在停开前和停开后，我都没有这样，恰恰是停
开那几天，或许是命运捉弄。其中原委听我细细道来。
我小时候就会玩麻将，上大学时与同学玩的比较多，但是水平不高，与同学赌博基本是
送钱，在玩扑克牌筹码的情况下，有时能赢，因此我对麻将不是很上瘾。这次发现未名
游戏，就是试试，上来就输不少，然后又赢一些，在水面上下浮动。
我以前玩的是上海麻将，规则与未名麻将不太一样，比如清一色是四番，这个四是二的
四次方的意思，就是乘以十六。混一色是三番，即乘以八，碰碰胡也是三番。这样大牌
和小牌的差别很大，刚刚打未名麻将时很不习惯。再加上未名麻将有很多漏洞，有好几
次听张却不能和。
就在停开前两天，我突然走运，有一晚十几副牌里我和了四副七对，还和了其他的牌，

我是去年12月才知道未名麻将的。我打的时间不长，过程很简单，曾经在版上发过一篇
征文，讲述过这个过程。打的同时我还旁观过别人，学到了很多东西，现在还对几个名
人有印象，在这里说一下。
当时分数最高的是masuka，远高于其他玩家，是麻将房第一人，经常有几个人同时旁观
他。记得马苏卡喜欢打七对，当然在现在的规则下，所有人都喜欢七对，我的意思是马
苏卡对七对喜欢强求。比如抓了七八手牌了，手里只有三对，仍然不放弃七对的机会，
相同情况下，很多人早就转小胡了。用一句话总结就是，要么不胡，要胡就来大的。马
苏卡做七对的水平很高，留什么牌，什么牌不点炮，都清清楚楚，确实是高手。与马苏
卡打牌，压力很大，因为没人知道他是不是已经听七对，给你猛然一击。
当时还有一个女高手yjhxl，大家叫她衣锦还乡，分数也很高。最突出的是得分效率高

这是我第一次在太平洋潜水，寒冷的太平洋。
在Sports Chalet订的tour, charter 是Lois Ann，一条小船，能容纳20个divers。
Eric 是我们的dive master，负责零零碎碎的事宜，并不跟我们下去潜水。
潜水的地点在Coronado 群岛，属于墨西哥海域，从San Diego出发只有20多英里的路程
，而且不用护照签证，嘿嘿。我们的小船一路乘风破浪，遇到海豚无数。那些海豚好像
特别喜欢和我们玩，就围着我们的船。有几头偏偏就在船头游的飞快。站在船头，看到
脚下离我不到两米远的海豚，真是可爱！因为Pacific Ocean比较冷，只有华氏50度左
右，还好我穿了7mm厚的wetsuit，还有hood vest |

Anacapa是Channel Island National Park最小的一个岛。前一天晚上一路开车到
Ventura，住在潜水船上。船叫Spectre，85英尺长，底层有床铺。把gear放好之后就找
了张床好好睡了一晚。早上六点的时候被吵醒，走上甲板，看到太阳初升，宁静的港湾
在晨光中显得异常温和。想起来昨天晚上这里还游进来三条海豚。船上的船员给做了丰
盛的早餐，边吃边和别的diver聊天。发现牛人太多了，问人家dive过几次，人家告诉
我大概1200次，狂敬仰！

船开了一个半小时，到了这个dive site。船长简单介绍了一下，大家就纷纷跳水了。
我的buddy是Dave，高手一个，游的特别快，追都追不上的高手！
这里各种Invertebrate特别多。终于见到了传说中的紫色和橘红色的nudibranch，很鲜
艳的颜色，慢慢的爬来爬去，很好看。还有很多大大 |

low volume means the volume in the mask is low so that when you dive deep,
you have less volume to charge from your limit a single breath of air. it
applys to free diving only,scuba diver doesn't care it. if you wear glasses,
you may consider buying those masks with two separate glasses. you may
upgrade it to mask with correction lens later. I am -2.5 on both eyes and
usually do not wear lens in water.

概述：2009年3月29日，第一次“真正”下海潜水，并通过考核，成为新鲜scuba diver
。兴奋之情未过，特以此文，发扬新手BSO精神，推广小众运动，发展未来buddy。
先得谢谢LostAtlantis，如果不是她已有潜水证我大概根本想不起有这项运动。其记述
中的一句话更是让我下定了决心：“眼前的一切的一切，都是我想像中的。但是，比想
像要完美一千倍一万倍！
那些以前只是在书里，电视电影里看到的东西，就那样活生生地呈现在我的眼前，目不
暇接，感觉就像在做梦一样。那些美丽绚烂的鱼儿，千奇百怪的海底生物，不顾一切地
向我眼前扑来。我没有准备， totally overwhelmed。”
下定决心后开始研究LA的潜水学校。最后选择的是一家离家较近，规模较大的（Eco

周六在Mile Hi跳了AFF-I (Accelerated Free Fall, Level 1). 预报说天气不好,通知
把8：30am的课提前到7：15am. 早上起来一看,Boulder满天乌云;不过到了Longmont就
万里无云了. 早上到的时候, 看见机库里很多experience diver都睡在地板上,飞机下
,为了赶每天的第一趟飞机(load 1). 睡的地方也就是他们叠伞的地方. 高手的背后都
是艰辛的付出阿.
上午是Ground school, 有10个人参加,算比较大的班了,看来大家skydiving的热情还挺
高. 理论课主要包括四部分equipment, free fall, canopy flight和emergency. 一直
上到中午, 期间练习了Parachute land |

tables and make dive plans. We make plans by assuming we dive at the highest
altitude en route to the dive site. Accordingly, the numbers in the dive
table may be interpreted differently. For example, depending on the actual
altitude, you may be a B diver even before your first dive, and 80 feet deep
may correspond to 100 feet at sea level. I never used a computer, so can't

话说 Channel Islands周围有几十个潜水点，我们上周日去了Santa Cruz的三个，
Anacapa 的一个，很惊喜地发现每次都能看到不同的东西。先哲不是早就说过吗？你不
可能两次潜入同一片水域。。这次潜水是我拿open water certification后的第一次，
去前纠结了半天要不要租个相机，后来想想还是算了——刚学会爬，就先别想跑想跳地
整些花里胡梢的东东。于是便以巨大的毅力压忍住没有租相机，下文中出现的照片都是
我从网上找来，能够代表我所见的。不想按时间地点写游记的，就写信息为主的，形散
神也散的杂记吧。。

Islands 吸引人，二是这船比较方便，$115包括4 dives，早午餐，air fills，而且可

important. Of course I would like to see and also experienced some
performance boost; what I like the most is the information, common sense and
training method in this course, which can help me to train efficiently and
safely. It should help divers of different levels as long as they have an
average level of "comfortable with water".
There could be many reasons that you have 7' at this time, can be entry
