升级。DL必须有penetrate的能力，才能从根本上破。光靠二线的能力去吃死，DL无表
现，是没希望的。大树的DL在Pac12足够disruptive，所以很多时候一领先就blitz，战
术有效。但一旦打强队，DL没有优势，就挡不住皮鞋进攻了。打USC其实也是对攻，靠
Luck个人能力拿下，打鸭子就是闷着挨揍。

李彦宏张朝阳，哪个不是copycat，disruptive在哪里？李开复还没有那个档次不提也
罢。
各大公司fellow级别的科学家，top 5学校30出头的教授里面，都有不少老中，这些人
算不算有成就？当然，米粒之珠，也放光华。但你拿一个disruptive的成就或者技术例

NFLX争这种几块钱的SVOD是不现实的。有勇气disrupt自己的CEO极少，Hastings能在
20M DVD用户上下决心放弃DVD，赔钱做streaming，是及其牛逼的。在位的竞争对手大
多是MBA出身，打工的。一年数据不好看就被赶走了。跟这种founder做下来的威望完全
没有可比性。这个市场上也就Amazon一个像样的竞争对手，还不在一个数量级上。
