我们厨房有煤气味，请了煤气公司检查，他们说管道连接都没有问题，可能是炉灶的问
题，让我们找appliance repair来修理。我老公不放心我一个人在家修炉灶，让我约他
在家的时候来修理。之后我打了好几个大公司的电话，报价都是是＄89或＄99上门的
diagnostic fee，不包括换部件和labor的钱。但是因为时间都不合适，最后我在
google找了一家离我家比较近的公司A，让他们派人来修。这家公司的报价是＄55上门

两个Qbank,所以咬牙开始做。这里提醒大家两点：
1.题库包括一个3X50 滴diagnostic,一个2000+（不是网站上说滴1200道）Qbank，还有
两个simulation，
2.偶不知道这个simulation是8X44还是4X44，但是偶不打算做了。因为刚做了
diagnostic,感觉风格跟USMLE step2CD差别很大，不过这不是重点，重点在于只有答案
，没有解释，所以建议大家时间紧就别做diagnostic和simulation了，直接上Qbank吧

可能不少, 但是做了以后真有actionable plan的并不多.
大多数情况, 如果结果不好, 也就凑合了. 如果结果好
更能自圆其说一些而已.
基本上还是要把握大方向. 做出来以后, 首先看看model是不是有
实际意义. 实际意义清晰且有用的, 做不做diagnostic都无所谓.
实际意义模糊, 矛盾, 或者不可用的, 统计上再怎么valid, 也是
没用. 只有在模棱两可的情况下, diagnostic才能在一定程度上
support统计结果. |
