离婚者至少有50% （被离婚的那方）是被动的，“无辜”的。从这个角度上说， 谴责
他/她们是不公正的，更何况离婚已经给他/她们的社会生活带来了诸多不便。 另外那
50%，有些人的确不遵守自己的誓言，不愿意尽自己的义务，应该被谴责，但毕竟她们
没有杀人放火， 要说更应该被谴责的，是这个不可信的誓言及其背后不靠谱的制度。
真正给人带来痛苦的是这个婚姻制度，而不是“有人想离开”这个事实。
但既然有这个制度在这里，鄙视离婚作为主流社会舆论，as well as离婚带来的不便，
作为对离婚者的一种“惩罚”，还是有相当的deterrent effect的，也就是所谓的
威慑效应。 这个和经济稳定发展需要保持一定的失业率是一个道理。离婚不被谴责
(很好找工作），大家就很随便的离婚（跳槽）。外界有一定压力（待业人口），内部
就会专心稳定一些。
国内的舆论是压力太大，相当于20%的失业率；婚内不敢离婚，丢了工作就难找。欧洲
是压力太小，相当于2%。 |

for example, the good guys can design a signal that is more costly to the
corrupt guys. say full disclosure of personal finances, voluntarily
exclusion from private sector jobs after their public services, severe
punishment of corruption cases, etc.
