fight back。因为我觉得男孩就应该tough，碰到问题自己解决。告状是女孩子的事。
我自己小时候就是这样的。
现在他上一年级了。开学到现在已经收到3个recess detention，都是因为打人。他跟
我说都是因为fight back。刚才他的老师给我打了个电话，说他说是爸爸叫我这么做的
。我问老师那3次是他先打人，还是还手，老师说他不清楚。但就算是还手，老师说你
放学后或周末可以这么做，但学校不允许。她说他明白男孩应该tough，但学校就是不
允许打人，不管是先动手的，还是还手的。说再这样就要给formal detention。
是所有学校都是这样的规定么？我觉得这和美国的精神不符呀。大家说说应该怎么办？
我不想他变成总打小报告的人，或受欺负就跑开的人。男孩那样没出息。 |

。 和这个比较类似的是 “我告诉警察，让警察来抓你”。 让老师给DETENTION，和让
警察抓，这些都不会对当事人有伤害，都是合法的惩罚手段。这末讲， 不会有问题。
但是你家孩子让警察杀人，这会对当事人有伤害，就算是威胁。就算你报警抓人，被告
还可以请律师来保证自己的权益。你让警察杀人，对方没有辩解的机会就没命了，这是
违法的。就算警察面对罪犯，除非自己生命受到威胁，杀人也是违法。
你可以找律师，但是我觉得胜算的机会太小。特别你儿子自己都承认不是JOKING，基本
就没有希望了。
我延伸几句。挺多中国家长不太注意对男孩子的教育。觉得男孩子说几句狠话，打打闹
闹，很正常。怕把孩子管胆小了，结果呢，孩子在学校很容易吃大亏。美国的孩子，一
样淘气，但是知道如何利用规则，就算犯了错误，知道如何应对。
还有呢，我建议你问一下为何你孩子如此对那个孩子。是不是经常被这个孩子BULLY。
如果是，及时向学校反映。孩子既然被SUSPENSION了，起码要值得。 就我的经验，很

发帖数: 2447 | 12 自打进了M92后就一直琢磨着要把难看的muzzle protector换掉然后装一个flash hider
or muzzle brake or 其他attachment。稍做研究并和webhero讨论后决定上CNC的
4piece。理由是我比较不喜欢大火球，而此玩意儿经过测试消焰效果巨牛，即便是晚上
也非常小的flash，very impressive。而其他的东东大多数都是装饰效果。当然，好玩
意comes with “good” price:(一套加了discount下来73刀（包括一个detent pin）。
几周前先用dremel把原装的muzzle protector 磨掉，10分钟搞定，今天先上detent
pin，比较容易，不过要注意pin diameter插入的位置，上面的小槽儿要和spring pin
的孔尽量成90度。diameter和弹簧进去后，用锤子加一个punch把spring pin轻敲入就
OK了。
感想：CNC这个flash hider相当皮实而且个儿不小，初次看到我和小伙伴webhero都小

一个爱他母亲，想要保护他的snape拼死拼活得找他麻烦。不要说看不出是保护他那伙
的，单作为一个成人这么对待一个小孩也是很不decent的。snape对hp的态度感觉很
没说服力，根本就是要让hp没好日子过。umbridge这个人物的疯狂表现更不可信。如果
ministry of magic以及magical society有一点sense也不应该这样对待hogwarts。
Malfoy等一干人的什么squad可以随便的滥用特权而不得到任何惩罚而hp,ron等则动辄得
咎。Malfoy可以试图使用unforgiverble curse而不得到惩罚而hp用了dark magic就要
detention直到期末。hogwards似乎对Malfoy一干人很特殊照顾，毫不在乎他父亲是

觉得教数学和教别的学科有些不同。课堂上学生augue很厉害。一个人问问题，别人会
的就觉得他/她太笨，好几个人同时开始给他/她解释。然后课堂就显得很乱。我写一个
题，想解释给全班，有几个就高高的举起手，非要说答案，浪费我的时间。课堂上
argue,再加上他们有时候小声说话，使我很烦躁。他们argue起来还不停下来，我不得
不yell,我知道yell不好，但是却没有办法。你是怎么处理这个问题的呢？
有一个班级大家都是什么都不会，也不在乎，我讲解他们也不听，还不停的说。我要是
给一个人detention,又似乎不公平，他们就说别人也在说。detention, call parents
他们都不在乎，感觉已经没有办法了。group work根本不行，会吵翻天，也不work.
劝一下相当老师还没有当的，三思而后行。我是天天在受着无尽的折磨。每天work
extra hours, weekends都要work. 10月份的lesson plan,25个（5 level), 上个周末
在不停的work.如果有个好的教学环境，还可以忍受。可是为什么这些学生这么crazy呢
。管不住啊。 |

on Arbitrary Detention）日前要求中共政府立即释放中国著名人权律师高智晟，并对
其所造成的伤害提供赔偿。
高智晟曾于2001被中共司法部评选为中国十大最佳律师之一。然而，自他挺身为受迫害
的宗教团体辩护时，却也成为中共迫害的对象。据悉，高智晟一再被中共当局关押和拷
打。他自2010年4月起被单独监禁，并于羁押期间遭到酷刑折磨。
任意拘留问题工作小组的声明指出：高智晟因行使基本人权而失踪，且中国政府甚至连
合法诉讼程式，最起码的国际标准都没有达到，因此，工作组认为监禁已违反国际法。
对此，中共外交部依旧保持一贯的沉默，没有作出直接回应。
高智晟律师至今仍音讯全无
高智晟律师曾表示于2007年被抓后受到酷刑折磨，之后，在截至2010年3月的14个月里
，又受到同样对待。
在早期的关押期间，他遭到电棍击打，烟头被置于他眼前燃烧，并曾多次被头套蒙住、
皮带绑住、强迫坐着不能动长达16个小时及遭到死亡威胁。还有一个狱头告诉他：“你
必须忘掉你是人，你是一个牲畜。”

妄想症，有两个典型的特征。第一是荒谬性。或者内在逻辑混乱，或者前提错误。孙维
是唯一嫌疑人，眼镜投毒是第一渠道，就是这一类的东东。为什么我不认为他们是精神
病。因为他们这样妄想是有特殊目的的。
第二个特征是明确性和坚定性，比如食药毋宁死认为孙维在声明中承认投毒，朱令没有
与她父母谈过吴今的死。表达的意思非常清楚，不是一种推测。
